"This house was the perfect get away house for out family! The place was clean and the kitchen well stocked! We had wonderful large family dinners and enjoyed heading into town for meals and fun too. We had the best hikes with are wonderful dog that we got to include, it was a very special week. Great location and the most peaceful and amazing views from the deck and the dock. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for sharing your home."

"Although we live only 25 minutes away, we had never been to this lake. Definitely off the grid as written and we found the cottage charming as a 1922 cottage could be. We were surprised at the noise from a local event center on Sunday evening, but they got quiet after 10pm. Boaters were active until 11pm on the weekends which also surprised us. "From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. "Gorgeous property with lake access! The owner, Rich, is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. It’s on a private street with almost no traffic, and it’s mostly very quiet.There are several steps to get down to the private dock, so keep in mind that you will have to go back up the stairs. It’s worth it! The lake is pristine!We loved sitting on the front porch, watching the hummingbirds at the feeder. The front garden is beautiful.This might be a “me” issue of not fully reading the property...

"We can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice it’s a fantastic place to stay and a great area that’s tucked away but only a few minutes to nearby towns. I’m from the area and wasn’t familiar with this part of the area. It’s very beautiful and did not disappoint. We look forward to returning to the cabin in the future. "
