"Interesting house, simply but nicely remodeled interior. (Minus carpet on 2nd floor/stairs) Great communication. Reporting hot/cold water handle malfunction, couldn’t get a warm shower, but I’m sure the host will fix it ASAP. Well stocked kitchen. "I rented this home for 5 nights for a family reunion nearby. It was the perfect size for me, my daughter, my son and his wife, and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11-17. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic staples such as spices, syrup, etc. There is no dishwasher but there was dish soap and a drying rack. There was adequate seating for our group. "It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!!
