"We were so comfortable in this quaintly decorated home. It was fantastic that so many extras were provided enabling us to cook dinner and breakfast! Delicious raisin toast, eggs, little tomatoes, coffee pods, milk and so many condiments were in the kitchen enabling a very happy good value stay. Comfortable beds and a lovely ambience. "

"We loved staying in this house. Beautifully styled and well stocked with everything we needed. The front ‘sunroom’ was a very handy space for my 3 children the use up some energy and stretch their legs while it was too cold to go outside. My son enjoyed sleeping on the couch in the lounge by the fire place. Note that the Heating does not stretch to the kitchen."

"It was peaceful & quiet but needed some maintenance done. The door to front verandah was to hard to slide & switch for bathroom heater was not working. Otherwise i was well equipped and right on the dam. We were there during the drought so it was not at its best. A nice stay for a couple of quiet nights. "

"Excellent location, great sized property for 4 single adults. Huge bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Fabulous hot water 😁. Only negatives were the garden could do with a trim and there were a lot of cobwebs on the windows/ frames. Bit creepy as I don’t like the thought of spiders darting about. Not that I saw one 🤔. Overall - very happy with the property."

"The perfect country escape from the busyness of the city where we could switch off and relax with all the creature comforts. The Ranch was everything we could ask for. Spectacular views, complete privacy, luxury, and to feel at one with nature. Super comfortable beds - everyone claimed to have had the best sleeps ever. "The Loft was pretty much as advertised. Fresh, clean and very homely with lovely period furniture, log fire and a full kitchen to cook meals. The garden and surrounds were well maintained. Great location near multiple wineries in the Ballendean area. We'd definitely recommend a stay at The Loft Haven."

"This is an interesting, clean property close to everything. You just cannot fault it. Although I guess it could get a bit awkward with two couples as both beds are in the same room. A couple of more things, great soup at the courthouse cafe and Bad Manners is really good fun."
