"Had a wonderful two night stay in May and was incredibly happy with the property and area. The place was incredibly cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Steps from the beach, with a porch and lovely back patio to spend time in. The location is wonderful, a 25 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and more a short walk or drive away. "Loved it. Perfect for kids and pets. Well maintained. Easy access to fun spots. Dinner, shops and the best ice cream a short walk one way. And East Cliff with the ocean, sea birds, surfers the other way. Kids had their own place to play in the house with great children’s books. Set up was great in the house, plenty of room. Great yard for the kids and dog to play. We loved it here."

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"
