Great Location and Quiet.
The location of this house was amazing! The area is very quiet and the balcony on top was so comfortable to hang out on and watch the world go by. Can't wait till next year.

We made it work
There were six adults & we made it work. The view was BEAUTIFUL, the deck was nice, the fridge ice & water didn't work, rain came in ON THE FUTON in the master bedroom, blinds in master wouldn't close on one side so people could see in, you need young healthy people to use the master bedroom (15 steep stairs). No face towels in the house and FEW bath towels; we had to go to the store and buy some. No iron, the ironing board was rusted & took two people and 10 minutes to collapse, blinds downstairs were dirty. Living area was TIGHT, dining table is only for 4 & space SUPER TIGHT, showers in both bathrooms were updated but challenging to operate for some. Lockbox is old & I had to put the combination in 6-8 times before it opened, and the same with closing when I returned the keys.

Great Getaway
The home was lovely and just as described. You can hear the waves of the ocean from the porch. The upstairs area has everything you need and allows separation from the other guests. Would recommend.

Cute, cozy, well-appointed home in a great neighborhood
The house is comfortable and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms with some nice luxury fixtures. Fabulous location just a couple short blocks from the beach and Seabright neighborhood. There is a generous amount of gear and beach supplies for use---beach cruisers, umbrellas, chairs, paddle boards, kids sand toys etc etc. We had no trouble parking three vehicles. While not huge, the place comfortably accommodated our group of 5 ladies enjoying a long girls weekend. Check in and check out were easy. While we had no major issues/need to contact the owner during our stay, we all agreed that some minor attention to detail could have improved our stay, for example, the hot tub makes a funny/distracting chirping noise and some of the closets and shelving were a bit cluttered. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, but because there isn't any private yard space, you can feel somewhat 'exposed' ie the front porch is pretty close to the sidewalk and some of the downstairs windows open up to the street. Overall a great stay.

Stay at the beach
The beach house at 220 Mott was great. Great location, nicely appointed house and so close to the beach. Our family loved our stay at this house. Lily, the owner was very responsive to any of our questions. I had to change the dates of our stay and Lily was very gracious in accommodating the change. Again, the location is excellent and I recommend this place.

Wonderful beach week!
This house is just as lovely in person as the pictures show. And the owners are amazing people that made a personal visit to make sure we had a working ceiling fan; above and beyond for sure! The house was surface area clean, but the couch and throw pillows could use a cleaning (maybe it is end of summer smell). The proximity to the beach is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is very cute, but not as quiet as we hoped. There was a lot of foot traffic late at night and the people all seemed to be shouting. But we are cranky homebodies so it could just be an “us” problem. The hot tub was sparkling clean and lovely. Everything you need to hit the beach or enjoy the neighborhood is in the garage. I really enjoyed this house and would rent here again.

Great home and location
When we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned yet so we contacted Lily and she took care of it right away. I appreciate her responding quickly and making it right. The house is beautiful and in walking distance to Seabright beach. We enjoyed hanging out and eating meals on the deck. The house had a lot of equipment from the kitchen to the beach toys. The bikes were on the larger size for my kids (7, 10, 12) but we were able to use other supplies like the beach chairs and ladder ball game at the beach. It was walking distance to boardwalk and amusement area. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Perfect spot for a family getaway
The location was amazing nice short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. The top deck was our favorite hangout after a long day out and about. Would definitely stay here again!

They owners thought of everything! Bikes to bike locks. The garage was full of all you wish you had. Location was perfect. Short walk or ride to the beach, coffee, food or the boardwalk. we truly enjoyed this home. Easiest rental to figure out. So clean and so well cared for. The details put in to this home didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I cant wait to come back.
