Fabulous villa in a great location
Very spacious, clean and bright interior, well equipped and maintained. Beautiful pool area and pool. 15-20 minute walk to/from town and main beach of St Eulalia - be aware it's a steep walk. Housekeeper responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely visit again.

Tolle Finca für den Familienurlaub
Die Casa Anna hat uns super gefallen! Die Lage ist toll, ganz ruhig, aber nur wenige Gehminuten zum nächsten Strand undden Geschäften von Siesta, in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Santa Eulària. Am schönsten am Haus ist der große Pool-Bereich, sehr großzügig mit Liegen, Day-Bed und Grill-Bereich, vor allem hat der Pool den ganzen Tag Sonne! Aber auch die vielen Terrassen und der gut ausgestattete Innenbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Und für die Teenager gab es ein superschnelles WLan. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, auf alle Anliegen wurde sofort eingegangen und gelöst. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Really nice house, helpful owner
The pool is large and the house spacious. The house is really well equipped and a lot of the annoying things you often need to buy like oil or salt are already there. The only downside is that this is a large property and two of the beds are sofa beds. There is no aircon in the sofa bed rooms. The owners are kind and helpful. I would rent this again.

2 Wochen in perfekter Urlaubsunterkunft
Das waren sehr schöne 2 Wochen Urlaub in eurem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles was wir erwartet haben, wurde erfüllt. Schönes Design trifft auf eine gemütliche Atmosphäre in einer grünen und ruhigen Oase. Alos, alles TOP!

Amazing Villa made our holiday extra special!
Travelling as a family for the first time can be stressful, but from the minute we booked the Villa, the communication was swift and very useful. Even better was that the property lived up to the amazing photos and description and even surpassed it. The location was ideal to explore the Island and we fell in love with both the Villa and Santa Eulalia!

Traumhaft schön!!! Wir kommen wieder...
Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal hier.... ...und es ist noch schöner geworden... Die Bäder haben ein Make over bekommen. Die Dachterrasse hat neue, sehr schicke Lounge- Möbel. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Ich konnte sogar Kuchen backen. Mixer, Smoothie, etc... alles da! Alles super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr netter, persönlicher Empfang mit Welcome-Snack und toller Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen sicher wieder! (freue mich schon auf den Sommer)

Great property in a quiet neighbourhood
Loved our week here with 4 teenagers. Quiet area but walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches and marina. Villa has everything you need with lots of space and a lovely pool. An issue with the pool was dealt with quickly and all comms were good. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation
Booked for a family vacation before my daughter’s wedding the following Saturday. Would have given 5 stars but there were quite a few maintenance jobs outstanding, bedroom blinds would come down but not go back up so difficult to use bedroom balcony also the only fridge door was really difficult to close as it needed adjustment also the handle hanging off door to garden which eventually dropped off.,also disappointingly there was no safe key so we had to carry all valuables about with us and as we had a 3 day wedding event coming up there were a lot of valuables. Tumble dryer didn’t work either .We had a wasp nest outside bedroom window too and all of these things must have been obvious to caretakers. ,when I text caretaker,they said they would come that morning but in fact arrived at 8 pm the following night as we were just about to eat and disrupted our dinner so we had waited in 2 days for nothing and then they wanted to come back to fix the back door so we were fed up waiting for people and declined the offer . It was a shame as the villa was beautiful and owner is dependent on caretakers to know about these things .

Ferien mit Freunden im Juni 2022
Gesamthaft waren die Ferien in der Villa traumhaft, da wir ein ganzen Anwesen inkl. Pool für uns hatten. Die Platzverhältnisse sind sehr grosszügig und es stehen genügend Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und für Roller und Autos hat es genügend Parkplätze. Folgendes hat uns gestört: - Geruch in der Villa - Sauberkeit im und ums Haus herum - Die Terrasse war nicht brauchbar (keine Kissen auf der Lounge und dreckiger Bartisch - und Hocker) - Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt und ging am zweit letzten Tag kaputt - Keine Möglichkeit zum Staubsaugen (nur Besen) Im Gesamten ist die Villa in Ordnung. Für den Gesamtpreis hätten wir uns jedoch eine saubere Villa mit vollwertigen und sauberen Möbeln gewünscht.

Beautiful villa in a lovely resort
Fantastic villa with everything you could possible need (and more!) It was clean, well-equipped and spacious. The roof terrace is just perfect for watching the sun set and the pool area is fabulous. We were welcomed to the property by Sabine, who was friendly and keen for us to get the most out of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had everything we needed. The resort itself (about a 25 minute walk) is lovely - there are plenty of good restaurants in and around the marina. The only (very small) downside is that the villa is up a fairly big hill, so the walks back to the villa were hard work in the evenings. Having said that, it's in a nice, quiet residential area and the views from the terrace are fantastic which makes the walk worth it! We visited the restaurant 'Seventeen' (a ten minute walk from the villa) twice - really good food and great service. The beaches are lovely. The closest one is about a ten minute walk from the villa. All in all, highly recommended. We'd love to go back.

Villa très agréable et bien équipée
La villa est très agréable notamment la piscine et le rooftop. Elle est située dans un quartier calme. Elle est très bien équipée. Tobias et sa famille sont toujours là quand on a besoin de quelque chose et sont très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ. 2 petits commentaires : il faudrait préciser dans le descriptif que la 4ème chambre est une chambre d'appoint attenante au salon. Il faudrait mettre des rideaux dans 2 chambres et le studio pour éviter le jour le matin.

Absolutely Brilliant! Great Villa, Great Pool.
This is the second year running we have stayed at this villa, it is absolutely brilliant. We stayed as 2 families - 4 adults, 3 young children and 2 babies! The villa is really modern and clean with all the conveniences and home comforts you could wish for. It is very spacious, has great sunset views and an amazing infinity pool. Very highly recommended!!

Beautiful villa
Beautiful modern villa which has all that you need and was spotlessly clean. The pool is fabulous and looks lovely lit up at night. Lots of different outdoor spaces to sit and relax and great views from the roof terrace. The beds are very comfortable too.

Loved the villa, amazing pool
We had a fantastic stay in this villa, it has everything you could need and it is very clean & modern. There arte loads of different spaces to chill out and relax inside and around the villa. The highlight has to be the pool, its a lovely temperature with the sun on it all day long and a lot bigger than even the pictures suggest. Thank you for having us, we look forward to returning one day.
