Great place managed by Vacasa
Fantastic property and had a great stay - but be aware that the property is managed by Vacasa who has their own app and system to manage check in and instructions etc. VRBO support was unhelpful in questions I had, they just told me to go to Vacasa so I’m not sure what the benefit is of booking through vrbo when you can just book through Vacasa and skip the fee. All communications were asked to be done outside the platform so there is no benefit to when disputes occur. VRBO needs to improve their support. Having said that the property, cleanliness, amenities, location was amazing. Would stay at this property again.

Very clean and beautiful home and property. The house a little isolated and you must take a few gravel roads to get there; however the house is worth it. We had a some problems with the entry process and had to call for assistance. Vacasa management gave us us immediate help. They were very helpful with our stay. I have one suggestion. The coffee pot needs the right filters. The last cup in the pot was filled with coffee grounds.

Highly recommend this property!
Excellent home with lots of room and everything you need. Pros: great location, immaculate, beautiful, very roomy, well stocked kitchen, games, books, etc. Cons: the bedroom with queen bed does not have a comfortable bed. The bedsheet was very thin and tore the first night it was slept on. The bathroom for that room is very small and had no toiletries. One of the beds in the room with twin beds was EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. Instructions for garbage removal were not clear.

Awesome getaway!
Beautiful location and a wonderful house. Everyone was comfortable and the layout was perfect. Plenty of room to enjoy with everybody but still be able to find a niche to read or getaway from the group if wanted. We spent quite a bit of time on the nice patio and enjoyed the snow and trees. An excellent place to stay!!

Lovely home, excellent location
This property was perfect for our stay. The rooms were generously sized, beds incredibly comfortable, and heated floors(?) in the newer half of the home. There was ample seating room in all of the various sitting areas. The covered patio in the rear was perfect for afternoons outside, and probably also in the evenings when the temperatures are a bit warmer (we visited in November). Overall, our stay was phenomenal. The location is about 8 minutes to the plaza, so you're very close to town. But the landscaping and contours of the property make it feel very secluded. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. If I had to point out one piece of advice for future visitors, if you're driving, bring steak knives (I find this to be a pretty typical need in short term rentals). Other than that, the kitchen was very well appointed with just about everything you could think of. The pots and pans were in great shape and plentiful, as were the cooking utensils. The stove and oven cook really well, as does the propane grill outside. Fantastic property, we really enjoyed our time there.

Our party of 6 including 2 toddlers had a good time here. We got early check-in even without requesting for it, which was very helpful. The house had all the amenities needed. Checkout process was easy as well. We faced no issues throughout our stay.

The home was very nice and well appointed. The only problem anyone had was that one of the beds was very low to the ground and difficult to get in and out of. The area was very quiet and nice.

Santa Fe is a fantastic vacation destination. It offers everything from great weather, restaurants, outdoor activities and many wonderful galleries. Vista Encantada is a fabulous property. In short it lived up to all our expectations and allowed us to experience what it would be like to actually live in Santa Fe.

Perfect getaway spot
Our family gathered for a mini-reunion at this central location. The house was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. As we did a fair amount of cooking, we were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Beds were all needed and comfortable. Loved the outdoor space for dining and lounging. Only negative was one missing privacy blind in the master bedroom and the unpaved roads. Would be nice to know ahead of time.

Great house for Family Stay in Santa Fe
My family had a wonderful stay in Santa Fe. We had 8 people, including Grandma, and we had plenty of room to spread out, plenty of privacy for everyone when needed, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather for meals, games or conversation. The back patio was our favorite spot - for coffee, lunch, dinner, naps, etc.. The kitchen was a little tight, but easy to work in. Our kids loved going on “adventures” around the yard. The only minor downside is that although the house is very close to downtown (a plus!), it is not really walkable or bikable, especially for kids. But overall we had a great experience and would recommend this house to other families!

Relaxing and quiet get-away with friends
The house was spacious and well-appointed with homey touches of art and books, and wonderful lighting. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of serving dishes, knives, cooking and serving pans/platters, etc. They could do well to add a few more wine glasses. The TVs in the main area and bedrooms all worked well with good services (HBO, etc). Nice washer/dryer and laundry room. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and fireplace, and especially the solitude and quiet of the neighborhood -- no other property or people were visible or heard the entire week! We enjoyed the ~1.5 mile walk into downtown Santa Fe several times during our stay. We hope to return someday!

Terrible property manager. Do not do business with Turnkey!
We made our reservation for this property during the last week of June. On July 5 the Governor of New Mexico's order requiring visitors to quarantine. That made our trip infeasible without breaking the law, and we requested a refund from Turnkey. W. For three weeks I attempted to speak with someone at Turnkey. While I received a few text messages and a single nonsensical email, I was not able to get anyone at Turnkey to speak by phone. .I requested escalation to a manager. No one responded. The single email rejected my request for a refund, with no further recourse I escalated to VRBO, which unfortunately was unable to get Turnkey to respond to me directly. While I am open to sharing some of the burden, its not fair for me to bear the entire burden of this rental. Its outright fraud to charge me for cleaning and taxes when we did not stay in the property. And its not excusable for no one to contact me. Therefore I am taking the following actions - 1) Disputing the payment with American Express 2) Posting my chat history and this note to VRBO and to the property's review site, and anywhere else that reviews TurnKey Property 3) Filing a complaint with the Santa Fe Better Business Bureau. Filing the correspondence history with them I don't wish to do this but your lack of communication leaves me no choice.

Beautiful Property but be Prepared.
Overall this property is great. The house is very spacious and the grounds and views were excellent. The amenities were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. However, if you are visiting in the winter, you’ll need a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle if there is ice or any significant amount of snow on the ground.

Family holiday
Lovely setting and house; not brand new but well maintained and furnished. Unpaved roads in the neighborhood were a little dicey in snow, but Thanksgiving snow in the yard was lovely and fun for kids. The two master suites at opposite ends were a plus. Kitchen smallish but extremely well-equipped for a rental. No regrets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Santa Fe. The outdoor space was fantastic. It was perfect for a family of five and could easily accommodate more. It was well stocked and nothing was lacking. This property truly was a gem and we look forward to staying here again.
