La estancia ha estado bien, lo único que el chico de mantenimiento nos dijo que nos traería una sombrilla para la mesa(no la trajo) y el aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no funcionaba. Por lo demás todo bien.

I amazing house, a quiet area, close to a small shopping centre, grocery easy to find. We got exactly what we wanted, a quiet holiday and easy access to beach and restaurants when we wanted. The house owner has been really easy to communicate with.

Perfect location and fabulous accommodation
We had a really good time, the communication with Carl and check in/out was so straightforward. The location is ideal with the bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and with its open plan it felt very spacious, the pool was a great addition which we used every day during our stay. We have been to Gran Alacant a number of times previously and if we were to come back we’d definitely book here again.

Perfect
Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa was stunning had everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. The building works across the way caused no disruption at all (so don't let that put anyone off booking). The location of the villa ideal and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Plus there is local transport available. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and will hopefully get the chance to re book in the future. Thank you to our hosts the service you provided was impeccable

A lovely well equipped villa
This is a lovely villa and was a great base for us as a group of 3 friends celebrating a special birthday. We didn't hire a car - the taxi from the airport was around 10 minutes and the bus service to both Santa Pola and Alicante was a 10 minute walk from the villa (if a little unreliable, just be patient and a bus will come!). The hosts have thought of every little thing for guests and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Super schöne & moderne Villa
Die Unterkunft sieht in echt noch viel besser aus, als auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr modern und sauber, man kann dort gut seinen kompletten Urlaub verbringen wenn man möchte. Die Kommunikation mit Carl war sehr gut und schnell, Checkin super einfach und die Betten sowie Sofa sehr bequem. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, eine sehr gute Musikanlage und viele Gegenstände die von Vormietern dagelassen wurden. So haben wir noch neu verpackte Lebensmittel im Tiefkühler gefunden, sowie Shampoo, Duschgel, Kaffee, Tee, Milch… es war super. Wir haben natürlich auch ein paar Dinge dort gelassen, davon lebt die Unterkunft. Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe, ein paar Restaurants und ein Irish Pub. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig zum entspannen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Entweder Mietwagen nehmen oder liebe Weine Stunde zu früh den Bus nehmen, Taxis waren in diesem Ort sehr schwer zu bekommen. Wir haben so leider eine Tour in Alicante verpasst, weil wir keinen Fahrer gefunden haben. Ich würde wieder hinreisen!

Beautiful villa in peaceful location
This villa is stunning, immaculately clean inside and out and well laid out for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also very well equipped! We were visiting Costa Blanca to look for a future holiday home and the location was perfect, nowhere was too far away. It is only a short distance from the airport, approx 10 mins, but we were not disturbed by air traffic noise at all. Thank you to our hosts, who were exceptional, and couldn't have been more helpful, particularly in relation to response times to our questions and all the useful information shared.

Fantastic Villa
We stayed as a family of 5 with youngest aged 11. We loved the villa and the description was spot on. Very quiet area which suited us perfectly and we hired a car to get to the beaches etc . As described there is some construction going on the area and there was opposite us but we are fairly early risers so it really didn’t disturb us. The hosts were excellent with contact and the villa is so well stocked, it really is a home from home. Would Definately stay again!

Super Hosts Stephen and Carl
The villa was excellent with every amenity you could wish for. There were lots of shops nearby, including Aldi Lidl and Carrefour. Just past the end of the road you could get a bus to Santa Pola or Alicante. There was also a couple of bars and restaurants in the Masa Square. In this review I am repeating what everybody else said, the villa was well located and with everything you need as well as being immaculate. We went in early January and I swam in the pool every day. I loved it but I warn you against it unless you are a Wim Hof fan like me because the temperature is about 8°. However, the best thing about a holiday was the hosts themselves. Stephen and Carl were generous and supportive and communication was fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I think they deserve the title of super hosts. Thank you so much Stephen and Carl.

First Class Villa
We were a party of 5 adults staying in this fantastic villa for 2 weeks. The villa is very modern and had everything we needed for a really enjoyable holiday. The pool was fantastic and ideal to cool down in and although not huge was more than adequate for us Plenty amenities within walking distance, with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Lots of useful information provided by the hosts who were very prompt and helpful with any queries in the lead up to the holiday. As noted on the listing there are building works across from the villa, but did not affect our stay in any way. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Local taxi very handy and helpful. Only 10 minutes from the airport and plenty taxis available when we landed.
