Great Location
Great location, and easy check in. HVAC did not cool extremely well, and the place was not super clean upon arrival. Nothing to lodge a major complaint about but somethings should be addressed. Dishes needed to be washed prior to using due to stains, lipstick, etc. All ice trays were broken. But the place is in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay

A bit shy of expectations
On the positive side, this property was clean, well conceived interior design and in a perfect location. On the negative side, all food items we brought and put in the fridge froze solid overnight. On our final night we planned to cook a gourmet meal which we began about 7pm. About half way through cooking the meal all appliances in the kitchen went off (including the fridge). Likely a breaker somewhere tripped when we were using the stove top and microwave simultaneously. It took about an hour to finally reach someone who told us someone would come look at it the following morning since we were leaving then. Our half cooked food was unusable and we rushed to get a pizza before they closed at 9pm. I could certainly give you a good review if you might see fit to reimburse us a percentage of our cost for the unit as I think that only fair given the circumstances. Having had a background in electrical work it was obvious the breaker installed was inadequate to handle the load when all the devices were on simultaneously, a problem which should be addressed for the safety of others.

Terrible quality furniture and horrible customer experience.
Fourth floor of the facility had hallway window blinds unattached to the windows and laying on the floor for guest to trip over. As for the unit, the furniture was the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever had on 30a. I guess you need to be in your twenties and not spend any time in the room because the sofas were very low to the floor and hard to stand up from them if you are older. The windows were messed up and the topnparts wouldn't stay up long enough to latch the bottoms, so all of the road noise and people walking by kept us awake all night. I could go on for days. Secondly, I was scheduled to rent this unit earlier in the month and my mother passed away at the same time. The rental company wouldn't let me out of my contract. They said I could only reschedule to the week we used. Honestly wasn't in the best place mentally to enjoy our vacation. Horrible amenities and a horrible experience with the rental company. Never again will I use them and I will be leaving a Google review as well.

49th anniversary
Very Clean unit, affordable and comfortable. Loved the shower and convenience to beach and eaterys. Only inconvenient thing was no ice maker and the tray’s provided leaked. Definitely not a deal breaker though. I just purchased some new ones on the next trip to Walmart as I can also use them at home so you may consider replacing the ones in the unit for future guest.

Great location. Funky (bad/grease) smell. Nice bathroom. Strong shower. Dirty sheets. Ugh. Great view. Really really short furniture. Cold fridge. No stove, no dishwasher. Interesting design. Great bed. Smart TV basically worthless. Lots of natural light. So some good; Some not so good.

Family Vacation in Santa Rosa Beach
Our stay was wonderful, the little plaza surrounding us was very pleasant to view and the pools were also great! Would recommend for a couple getaway! Also awesome balcony view!

Although elevator area is in tremendous need of repair, the unit was updated and a wonderful experience. Shopping, excellent eateries, and and incredible location make this a stellar unit for rental.

Good location for what you pay for it!
This location is perfect and you can see the beach from the balcony. We brought our camping chairs to have a seat outside on the balcony. One of the greatest deals that come with the property are the chairs and umbrella that are provided on the beach. Although a few days the beach chair attendants seemed confused when we told them that our room provided chairs for us. By the last day, they actually had it set up ready to go for us. Maybe calling ahead could of sorted the situation? The cleanliness of the room was decent enough, but it could be overlooked by just the location alone itself. We did arrive early and were able to check in early and that was very much appreciated! Loved the decor in the room and the lighting. It was nice hangout area for my husband and I on our honeymoon. We had fun!

10/10 would not recommend
The condo is not clean, there is no oven, and it smells terrible. We think there may be animals in the ceiling as we heard scratching in the middle of the night and that might be resource of the smell. The owner has lots of belongings in the closet so there is no space for your own clothing. We ended up laying our suitcases open on the futon. There is also no dishwasher but a dish sponge is not provided. The bathroom has a window with a curtain covering it within the shower so it gets wet and is just overall uncomfortable. I can’t reiterate how disgusting this condo was and how ready we were to go home. There are plenty of other properties at this location so I’d keep looking.

Reset and relax in style
Great location. One of THE coolest interiors I’ve ever seen! Perfect for a couple or a single person. Bring ear plugs! People like to show off their fancy vehicles and revved engines were common on weekends. I slept great with ear plugs. It’s truly a get away. Top floor views are breath taking. Sunrise coffee has delicious smoothies for the health conscious traveler. There’s live music often across the street and very pet friendly restaurants all around. Huge bathtub so bring a bath bomb with you! Would 100% stay here again. Again....coolest interior ever!!

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice! This apt is so cute. The decor just makes you smile when you walk in. It is an efficiency apt - no separate bedroom. The furniture is really close to the ground. The bed is a box spring and mattress on the floor. The "sofa is a futon and "chairs" are these little foldouts that are directly on the floor. Overall, this is in a great location...easy access to restaurants, shopping, and beach!!

Excellent location and price. Furniture kind of low to ground and hard to get in and out of. Kind of had a musty smell which is the AC unit. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work and if replaced get one with a light in it. Bathroom kind of dark. The property managers were great and took care of our extending a day and a small problem with beach chairs. Great to work with. Again let me stress great location and price.
