"Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. "

"Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. "

"We only stayed for one night before our cruise but this apartment was very nice! Easy to find, great location, and very easy to get to the cruise terminal. Our communications with the property owner were very good. It is as advertised, and we would defiantly stay there again. Shops and eateries right down the stairs from the apartment!! Thank you!"

"Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property. "

La casa está en perfecto estado y es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó mucho, pudimos ir a Roma (hay trenes cada 30 munitos por 3,60€), ir a la playa y, conocer Ladispoli, un pueblo que está a tan solo una parada de tren con unas playas muy bonitas y unos helados deliciosos! "We were so happy with our stay. We stayed only one night before our cruise. It was perfect for us. Loved the water view form the big windows. Great location to the port, we took advantage of the free shuttles right in front of the building to the port. We also enjoyed the convenience of the restaurants within walking distance. The host was also excellent. She was easily reached via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this apt."

"We spent 2 weeks beginning of July. All is exactly what it is mentioned on the site. Our journey has been very nice. Vanessa was available for all request. We appreciated the cleaning of the location, it is well-equipped, well-protected as well. A strong point is that the location is closed to the bus stop to go easily to Rome. "The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...
