"PERFECTION. This quaint 13 unit property blew our expectations out of the water. Whoever the interior designer is, give them a raise! The attention to detail was incredible. Also, the location is amazing, just blocks away from downtown, the courthouse, and the Presidio. Another perk is the fact that everything is included, there aren’t any parking fees or resort fees. We will definitely be back, and we’re looking forward to it! "

"My sister and I wanted a place near East Beach so we could easily walk everywhere. The place isn't fancy but clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood feels safe and is very quiet. I really appreciated the good quality beach chairs, towels, and umbrella available for our use. Tri County Produce is just 2 blocks away and has all the basics. Next time I won't even rent a car (even though it was no problem finding street parking). We enjoyed walking on the bike path to get coffee and then...

"We stayed here with our 2 teens for a birthday weekend & it was perfect. Location was within walking distance of beach, Stearns wharf, mini-market, & restaurants. Very happy with cottage. It was cozy, had a great kitchen with coffee maker, large tv, plenty of room for 5 people including our 2 chihuahuas. Definitely would recommend. "

"Hi! we booked for six but had just four. The listing said 3 beds and 3 baths. But the house had only 2 baths which made it tighter than expected, so I'm super glad there were 2 less people. The number of baths was super important and the primary reason I booked it instead of hotel. If the 3rd bath was in the extra $ trailer in back, it was not clear. otherwise, a nice place, albeit tiny. Thank you! "
