We were refused the entry to the hotel.
We reached hotel at 11pm.
Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking.
The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch.
The only thing he kept saying is ‘do not speak English’. I even found a translator from street but the guy would not answer my calls.
I think guy need to taught how to behave or answer the phone.
At midnight I had find a very expensive hotel to stay in. I was lucky that I found a hotel to stay.
I think your hotel policy that you check in between 10am to 14pm needs to look at it.
We were traveling from portugal and it takes us 5-6 hrs to get to Santander.
And to be refused entry to your hotel I think it is disgusting, rude, unforgiving.
And the guy at the of phone line needs some manners teaching how to com with customers.
Also if you think I am going to drive fast to reach you before 14pm not possible.
If you want me to have accident or fine please let me know.
Also sending me email while I am driving is not possible either.
Was the rude guy expect me to sleep in car before my long journey to uk. Please do let me.
I would like my money refunded . If not I would like to make official complain to you hotel management team.
I would not be recommending your hotel to non of my friends.
I have travel around the world so horrible.x
