"Property very modern and up to date. Loved the outdoor areas and rooftop patio. Didn’t use the outdoor hot tub due to current drought and water shortages. . Location was very good. Nice grocery store and carnerita, meat market close. 20-25 minute walk to the old town area or inexpensive taxi ride. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. "The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "

"This place should be three stars but I gave it four because of how wonderful the host was and the general cleanliness. There were ants and other bugs as can be expected in many places. Centro was a long walk or short taxi ride anway. Over all very clean minus the smaller additional inhabitants. Plenty of room and in general a great spot."

"Increible casa para hospedarse, grande, habitaciones espaciosas, cocina, cuarto de lavado y hasta alberca. Centrica para el mercado y para desplazarce a Mitla, Matatlan y Hierve el Agua. "A long and not so pleasant walk to almost anywhere you would want to go. The unit was clean but barren, not even a drinking glass. At the mercy of whomever the upstairs neighbour may be in terms of noise. There are better choices for the money. We blew this selection; booked 4 nights and left after 2."
