"Stayed for 1 night, easy check in and out, apartment was up to a good standard could do with some slippers for the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Apartment 31 was in a good location for an easy walk down to the pier. Overall a great stay and would come back. "

"My wife and I stayed for a week here and had zero complaints about the property. It was very nice, spacious, well outfitted and everything worked. The bed was comfy and overall, we would stay here again with no reservations. I either missed it or didn't realize the property is in a holiday park. This did not affect our stay in any way though. "We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

"We have raved about this house to so many people. It was beautiful and spacious and right near some amazing hikes. This area is breathtaking. Working with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We highly recommend this home. If you don't have a rental car, make sure you come prepared with some food (as there is only 1 pub nearby, and it has unpredictable hours). We hope to return one day!"

"Great location to experience the Lake District. Walks from the front door or only a short drive away providing views and immersion into all the Lakes has to offer. A lovely location to stay in that was quiet, well appointed and perfect for what we needed. "The accommodations were comfortable. I recommend the address location be better labeled on the stone wall. The cab driver had difficulty finding Cabin 3. The stone wall hides the view of the cabin. The laundry from the previous tenants never got picked up and the red laundry bag sat on the front stoop all week. The outside views from the dining room window, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were splendid."

"The property was in a state of disrepair, and it is noted the property currently has a “For Sale” sign, providing some understanding of the cause of the very poor state of the rental. "Very nice property. The unit appeared to be brand new. Unit was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. The development has other amenities but we did not use them like a pool and rec building. Great location in the Lakes District for jumping off to see other locations in the area. The host was very responsive to requests via the VRBO app. My only negative would be the poor internet quality. It frequently kicked us off or was unusable for periods of time."

"The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"Our room was nice. We had a terrace but when you sit down, all you can see is a cream wall ( you have to stand up for the view). The hotel should take a foot or two from the wall and install railings. Complimentary wine was undrinkable. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom which I expected for the price ( £730.20 with parking). Hotel needs a power wash as it look rather tatty. Enjoyed breakfast but though a £5 additional charge for eggs Benedict/ eggs Florentine. Great location."
