"Die Bilder auf den Onlineportalen sind leider etwas irreführend. Der Pool ist z.b. bei einem anderen Hotel in der Straße, das aber zu der selben Hotelgruppe gehört. Dafür muss man ganz ehrlich sagen, ist das Frühstück der Hammer und auch sonst ist der Service TOP!!! Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und freundlich bei allen Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt. "We had a great two night stay at the grand Astoria hotel. The staff were excellent parking our car and bringing all our luggage to the room while we went to the pool as we were early. The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Experiencia nefasta, recomiendo encarecidamente no reservar estos apartamentos.
Mucho cuidado con el checkout, el pago se hacía en el establecimiento y además de pagar allí, hicieron el cargo en la tarjeta de la reserva y NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. Además malísima gestión por parte de hotels.com, no se han hecho responsables ni han solucionado nada.
