The house was very comfortable, well-maintained, conveniently located, and spacious. It contained all the necessary amenities, including full kitchen, dining room, living room, study and swimming pool. Plenty of bathrooms and essential washer and dryer. I highly recommend this house for a stay in Sarasota.

Excellent location, great pool and very clean! We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. The house is located in a great area with lots of stuff around when you need it. It was exceptionally clean, we were perfectly happy there and want to rent again in the winter !

Siesta Symphony

One of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Great layout of rooms. Plenty of privacy and large communal area. Great kitchen and great pool. Close enough to the beach and many of the best local attractions.

The home was wonderfully equipped with everything you could need. The outdoor patio and pool were especially nice and inviting. The house was also well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen area and bedrooms. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Property

The location was central and a short drive to almost everything. Ample instructions and thoughtful amenities. Well appointed outdoor space. Good bathroom to bedroom ratio. We would absolutely visit this property again.

1st Family Vacation in years

Incredible house that gave our family of 9 and 1 child plenty of space for alone time as well as cozy enough for gamenights and pool time. Easy travel time to the beaches and grocery stores. Can't wait to do it again!

4 nights in Sarasota

We enjoyed a terrific stay at this 4 bedrooms/ 3 bath house. 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 singles and we utilized all 4 bedrooms. Good location, small pool in the backyard.Smooth communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this house for a group.You can't judge a book by the cover, and you can't judge this house by the exterior, Very spacious and comfortable inside with lots of privacy. It was a perfect choice for us.

Great central location to beach & shopping/dining!

Overall, this was a very convenient place to stay for our son’s soccer tournament in Lake Ranch. We have adult children that came with us, so it was very nice that the bedrooms & bathrooms were set up to have private space. I did not realize that in order to have the pool heated was an an extra expense beyond the initial reservation costs; and initially when eliminating g at properties this one came up as having a hot tub as well, which was not onsite on the property. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay here.

Siesta Beach Vacation

The house was very clean and well kept. When we arrived we were concerned about a tarp on the roof, however after a quick conversation with the property manager all fears were set aside. These things happen. The house was quite pleasant and met all of our needs and expectations. The family loved the pool and the nearness to all of the events we enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Great location Nice House

We enjoyed this property, inside of the house is actually very big and spacious and clean, area is very quite, short drive to #1 beach, staff needs to keep up with minor maintenances but nothing to spoil the stay. Clear communication huge msg sent before stay with clear instructions and there was a binder at the house with all rules and info needed. Defiantly would visit this place again.

Great Home

We really enjoyed this home. Very convenient to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean. Great kitchen. Loved the screened in porch, which we ate at every night and pool is lovely too.

Wonderful for a large family.

Clean and inviting with a great layout. 4 large bedrooms pretty much separated with 3 large modern bathrooms. Lots of space in kitchen and dining room with seating for 10. We loved the screened porch with another large dining table and comfortable seating. The pool was always cool and the perfect size after a day at the beach. Also, there is plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be back!

A Gem in the Area

Our family (dad, mom, 2 daughters, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren) enjoyed this home very much. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, beaches, and parks. It is ideally suited for several adult couples or two/three family units. We enjoyed the heated pool daily. The towel drying rack was a nice bonus! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dining, and serving wares, including a Bosch dishwasher! We ate and relaxed in the enclosed patio often. Two tables for six and a kitchen table for four offered multiple dining options. Large sleeping rooms provided comfortable beds and sheets. The office was a plus for my husband's business calls. Updated bathrooms were clean and offered adequate toweling. Parking space for up to four cars. Might I suggest a bunk or twin bed arrangement in one of the bedrooms, or switch out the office to this option? The home decor offers tranquility and relaxation, as does the open floor plan. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We loved this home and hope to return! Thanks again for a wonderful week!
