Perfect Birthday Retreat

Awesome but…
Our stay was great!! The property was exactly like it was listed, even better in person. The area was located to everything so conveniently. The only issue we had was the front neighbor. He came out without a shirt yelling at my sister exclaiming not to get on his driveway or his grass “at all” (his words). My sister didn’t even get on his driveway nor his grass. He was very rude and unexpected. Other than that our stay was peaceful.

Updated, Great Location, Family Friendly 👍
We had a great time with two adults and a 4-yo and 7-yo. The outside pool-side sitting area was shaded during the hottest parts of the day so we were still able to enjoy being outside (the kids loved the outside TV!) Would have loved more shade over the pool for afternoons but understand the sun keeps the water warm... :) There were noodles, kickboards, flippers, and an inflatable raft to play with. Of the two doors to the pool, only one had a high-up (out of children's reach) lock, which we appreciated with adventurous littles. Less than 10 minutes from the "big" Siesta Key beach, they had plenty of supplies available for us to use: beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon (it's a long walk in the sand from the car to the ocean!), and a sand umbrella. They also provided bathroom and kitchen necessities in neat little packages (new for each guest). No issues with wifi, appliances, cleanliness, or communication. Would DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic amenities close to everything!!
Extremely clean. Fantastic pool and porch area. Love the sliding window to serve food and drinks to the patio area. 10 minutes to groceries, liquor, siesta key beach, ocean blvd and Walt’s!! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Lots of beach goodies for your use. The hosts were very accommodating and responded to everything very quickly although we had ZERO issues. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back next year!

Fantastic!!
This property is excellent, would highly recommend! The pool area is even nicer than the photos! Our group was two families with very young children (3 and under). The house was a 5-10 minute drive from the Siesta Key beach public access points and downtown Siesta Key. With young kids, having the pool area was an excellent amenity. Both king sized beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in/host communication was seamless. We would stay here again next time we visit Siesta Key!

Perfect house for a vacation stay!
House was very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and village. We all had a great stay, very comfortable for our friends and family! Pool was amazing to jump in after a long day of sightseeing 👀. Kitchen was stocked for cooking as well! Plenty of beach gear and towels provided. Bikes were neat to have! Overall great experience and stay!

Baydream Bungalow the Best!
Although the picture of the heated, covered pool was our initial reason to book this property, the house inside had much to offer. The 2 19 year olds and the 6 year old really enjoyed the pool and its equipment, but the other three adults appreciated the well-stocked new kitchen. We had stayed two blocks away two years ago and loved the location close to Siesta Key Village and the best beach. 5 bikes were available, though my husband and I brought our own bikes to use on the great Legacy Bike Trail and Myakka Park roads. I would give this property a 10!

Clean convenient Siesta Key bungalow.
We loved our stay! The house is convenient to Sarasota and the siesta Key Village. The home is very clean and updated. Nice pool and great kitchen. The bunk room has toys and games for kids. There was only hand soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent so plan accordingly. There is a Publix very handy for provisioning. We would definitely stay again!!

Nice Pool, Some Issues
We really like the management company at this property but the house had some issues. We had roaches and ants in the kitchen which really freaked out my kids. Also, the couch in the living room was so low to the floor it was incredibly uncomfortable and we were not a tall family. Anyone 6' or over would have had their knees hit their chin when sitting on it. The pool was very nice though and having a TV outside was really fun during March Madness.

Very cozy house
It was a very nice birthday for me spent with my family a week in that cozy house. I found everything so clean and with a surprise in the fridge with some birthday cupcakes! The team is very attentive ☺️ Beds ara very comfortable, kitchen with everything you need to cook not mentioned the beautiful pool with a special place to relax and barbecue!

Great family spot
We had a great time. House was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool! The tv spot upstairs was very cozy as a fun movie and playroom. It was nice that Disney was really close by.
