Fabulous host at a fabulous location!
Heidi is the most caring and most communicative host that we have ever encountered. She does so many of the extra little things that make you feel special.The studio unit is as advertised. It is directly on the beach. Your up-close view of the ocean is unparalleled.

Hands down, best stay EVER!
Heidi is amazing host. The room was very clean from the moment we walked in. It has a beautiful view and I loved that the beach was not crowded. Hope to book again soon for a longer stay!

Great Stay!
First time to gulf side of Florida and not the last! Water so much calmer than Atlantic side for young family to play in. Dolphins/Manatees swimming by daily. Very memorable. In regards to the condo, very clean, was able to sleep family of 4 pretty easy. View of Gulf hard to beat. Pool very clean and not busy. Great stay and don't think you'll regret booking.

A perfect relaxing vacation
Everything was perfect during our stay! This is the place to be if you are wanting a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Heidi is an excellent host and is very accommodating. She even sent some sweet treats a couple days during our stay (key lime pie was delicious)! Our view was amazing and the beach is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

Cozy waterfront view with easy access
This place had a spectacular view of the ocean and poolside with access right in the backyard. The beach location is a quiet stretch of sand with limited beachgoers and seagulls. It has a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. Rafts, umbrellas, and beach toys were also provided so you can pack light. The only negative was the parking lot size and the fact that there isn't an elevator so baggage had to be dragged upstairs. Otherwise its a great place for either a couple or a family vacay. The hostess is very hospitable and accomadating.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at The Beach in Long Boat Key. The responsiveness of the host Heidi is unmatched, it was like working with a friend. She was so quick and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. She really works hard to meet the needs of her guests! The view was perfect and it was an wuick easy walk to the beach! Having beach equipment we could access was a plus! Heidi had a thoughtful delivery for us our first morning. I would recommend Heidi and any of her properties. We had a great but all to short time there!

Amazing Beach - great host!
What an awesome part of paradise. It is exactly as advertised a clean studio right on the beach. Sunsets from the patio were amazing. The beach was steps away and swimming in the ocean was great. Heidi was a super host and communicated very well. We appreciated the little extras. If we come back to this area we would stay here again!!

Seashore delight
We really enjoyed our three day stay at Heidi’s condo. She is an incredible host and we had everything we needed and more. Check in and out- super easy. We appreciated the delectable treats she surprised us with. Our favorite aspect was the beautiful view (sunset, moonset, and even at daybreak, the sunrise to the east lit up the sky over the gulf with pretty pink skies and water.) We loved morning strolls along the seashore and collected many shells to bring home to our grandchildren. We would definitely recommend this to others:)

Stunning ocean views and condo was beautiful!!!! Steps away from the ocean and the pool is a wonderful relaxing bonus!!! Heidi was an exceptional host!!! A perfect weekend getaway
Everything from start to finish was easy and everything we imagined. Heidi was an amazing host. Kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. She even surprised us the next morning with a key lime pie and a half gallon of my favorite orange juice. I would recommend Heidi and her place to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Best condo ever!
I have stayed in many, many condos over the years and found this one to be outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool and beach were so accessible and enjoyable, and most notably the owner provided everything imaginable that you might need for a vacation away from home. will definitely rebook!

Couple's Get Away
Heidi was an excellent host...highly recommend her! The condo is a studio (efficiency) with only one room, so tight on space and not much area to store food (just an FYI). That said, the condo is well stocked for visitors (beach gear, etc) and the building is nice with a pool and immediate beach access. They painted the doors and pool area during our stay, so the building is obviously well maintained. Recommend for a couple's get away!

Our stay was a fantastic experience. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The access to the beach made it incredibly convenient.
