Easy walk to the beach
Had a great stay - plenty of space, the home was well stocked (towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies,) We enjoyed the easy walk 12-15 min to dinner each night. The heated pool was great- the pool guy came twice during our visit! David was terrific to work with- checked in several times. (Our only negative was the noise from the cars/trucks as this home is right not the main road - so a challenge it you are a light sleeper). Otherwise - highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving and Wedding in siesta Key
David was the property owner and easy to communicate with! We used both sides of this house- each side had its own kitchen and laundry! 6 bedrooms and plenty of outside deck space and a backyard pool. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a big help. We had everything we needed here for our Thanksgiving and wedding gathering. Thanks! The Arnold’s from Pittsburgh PA

Amazing Stay
The property is excellent. Location is ideal for beach. It is an easy 10 min walk to the village and 100 feet from beach access stop. You don’t have to worry about parking at all. The house is loaded with everything you need for going to the beach. Owner David is outstanding. Very easy to reach and prompt responding to texts . Exceptional stay. Highly recommended

One of best vacations ever
The owner David is awesome! He returns messages promptly and was always making sure we had everything we needed. House was great, we had 12 people and completely comfortable. Lots of linens and so many beach towels, you never need to bring any! Had so many things for the beach, more than I’ve seen at any property I’ve stayed. This place really made it easy to not have to worry about going to buy extra things you need at a house when you fly for vacation. Highly recommend it and will stay again. Quick access to private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all!

Fantastic Place for Big Family
This was an ideal place for 10 adults, 2 children under 10, and 2 babies. We had both units and used the front unit as our gathering space. We were at the beach in the morning and made good use of the pool ( shaded and comfortable) in the afternoon. David kept checking in with us to be sure we had everything and were ok since there was extensive rain and flooding while we were there, which we appreciated. Not obtrusive, just kind. David was a superb host and went the extra mile for us when we mistakenly left a valuable item behind. We also had a private chef for one meal which was delicious and super easy for us. We highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Siesta Key with a large group.

Great Stay on Siesta Key
Since we rented both units, the older grandchildren (20+) stayed in the larger unit and we stayed with the younger ones in the back unit by pool. The beach was fantastic and then getting back for a dip in the pool was perfect. We had Chef Steven (Chef Jeremy's sous chef) come in one evening to prepare dinner and it huge success. The short walk to the Village was fun for everyone. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO. FYI, the front unit is much larger with a true master bedroom.

Short stay at Siesta Key
Excellent vacation property right at the beautiful Siesta beach. We've rented both units, so we had the whole house and pool area all to ourselves. All details in the house are well though through, house is extremely clean and quiet. Large bedroms wth comfortable beds and plenty of common space in the front unit, smaller space in the back unit. Variety of food delivery options from restaurants in the area. The beach is short stroll away, my 82 yrs old mom was easily making the walk without her walker. All beach necessities are availble at the house. The host David, checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect reunion spot
A property manager dedicated to making sure a group of old friends had a delightful time, we can only say thank you for making our stay so comfortable. Hope to visit another time and most assuredly would highly recommend.

Great place!
Very good choice for our kids and grandkids. Close to the beach access and walking distance to shops/restaurants. We had a traveling chef do one dinner and had plenty of room with 13 of us. We’d go back

Perfect family vaca
We had the best time. The house was perfect for our group of 10 (ages 4-74). And even better that it was 2 separate units. Th house was super clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated all the beach chairs and wagons to pull them in. The location was perfect. We could walk to town or even take the free trolley. And super short walk to the beach! And David was an excellent host. He was attentive prior to and during our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Perfect Place for the Perfect Stay
We had a wonderful time surprising my mom for her 80th birthday in Siesta Key! The place was an ideal floorplan and layout for our needs. The front unit had a very large and comfortable living and dining area where we could fit 10 people around the table for most of our meals as well as all hang out and visit or watch the NFL playoffs. The kitchen in the front unit was new and beautiful and very well equipped. We had a chef prepare a special dinner for us one of the nights and she remarked at what a great space the kitchen provided. David was a very gracious host to say the least, even stopping by with a bottle of Prosecco for the birthday girl...her favorite! He remained in contact, checking in via text from time to time to make sure everything was great. The back unit was smaller but functional and also provided a nice bit of privacy when looking for some quiet time. We utilized both the pool and grill in the beautiful and tropical backyard. Lastly, the location was perfect! An easy walk to the village and a very short walk to the beach. Thanks David!

This place was perfect for our family! Lots of space, great beds, excellent location! David was very accommodating and helpful. Really appreciated all the little extras that he had for us. Beach supplies: beach chairs, beach towels, cart, etc. Kitchen supplies: seasonings/spices, detergent, paper towels, etc. Tons of bathroom towels. Thanks for checking in with us and keeping the pool extra warm :-) Loved the wine, too. Thanks again!

Perfect house for a beach getaway
We had 10 adults gather for a family birthday party! We rented both units and could not have asked for a better place! Both units were immaculate and comfortable! The larger front unit easily accommodated 10 for breakfast and dinner! The pool and back patio area were beautiful. Having the beach access across the street was perfect. The owner (David) had everything we needed including towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach caddies! David was accessible and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed which we did! It was a great place stay!

Large Family Trip
This Siesta Key Beach Home worked wonderfully for our extended family. Lots of space and amenities for us to gather or get some quiet time. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the nearby village restaurants and shops. David was proactive in checking how things were going, and super responsive when we had questions. We would highly recommend his listing for an extended family trip.

Family Vacation
The property has two separate units and there is plenty of space. We rented both units as one. The pool area is very nice with a nice mixture of shade and sun. The kitchens were well supplied with the necessities and there were plenty of beach chairs, etc. supplied. While the property may be "close to the beach" to some people, that is relative. The entrance to the beach access is close, but from property to where you place your chairs on the beach is about 1/4 mile through very soft sand. Just something to be aware of. Overall a very nice place in a great location on Siesta Key.

Best stay in Siesta Key
My family (wife and two boys) as well as my sisters family (husband and 3 teenagers) come down to siesta key every other year to visit my brother and his family (they stayed with us as well). This was by far the best experience we have had traveling down to siesta key. The house (we rented both units) was perfect for our group of 14. It was right across the street from the beach and 10 minute walk within the village to go shopping. To top off the great house and location, the owner David was fantastic to work with. He tried to get us in earlier then the check in time and was so accommodating the entire trip. My family and I were floored by the hospitality. This is a must stay for any families looking for a great place to stay for the week at siesta key. We will definitely book again

Best Siesta Key accomodations
Our family spent 4 nights at this awesome VRBO and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. This was, by far, the most well equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Check in was so easy and the place was spotless upon arrival. The location was perfect..an easy walk into Siesta Key Village. We rented the entire compound so our family traveling with a 2 year old stayed in the smaller unit and the rest of us stayed in the larger unit. The washer and dryers in each unit were excellent. The A/C and fans throughout worked perfectly and kept us nice and cool. There are a lot of large screen TVs that had all the premium channels (Netflix, Prime etc) and were easy to operate. The pool was lovely and surrounded by nice landscaping that allowed us to enjoy it even during the heat of the day. Night swimming was also great. The host has thought of everything you'd need for your beach visit (beach access practically in front of the house)...there were wagons to load up the stuff, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. The host was great about communication in advance, checking in on us and was extremely responsive when I texted him. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend.

PERFECTION BY THE BEACH!!!
This home was beautiful and perfect! We had nine people from three generations. It was big, clean, stocked and extremely functional to move from one unit to the other. The pool and outdoor dining areas were wonderful! The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier. The walk to the Village was lovely and just under a half mile. Everything you need is right there. No need to leave the area. This house is PERFECTION BY THE BEACH!!!

Family vacation
Beautiful place. We wish we knew this was on the 2nd/3rd floor. Stairs were a problem for us. :(. 2 buildings were also frustrating bc we weren’t all together and had to go up and down constantly. My bad for thinking there was going to be a lanai leading to the pool. LOTS of space though. David was a WONDERFUL host. Place was VERY clean. Had EVERYTHING you would need for beach time. VERY close to beach. WE had a wonderful time.
