Would Stay Again. Property as Advertised.
Great communication with Lisa before and during the stay. Location is right beside public beach access as described. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon/cart were provided. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Located a few minute walk away from multiple bars and restaurants. Sufficient parking for 2 normal sized vehicles. Great for 2 couples or a small friend group. If i return to Siesta Key, I would stay here again.

Great Location!
Great Location to the beach access and restaurants in the cute small town. Host Lisa was prompt with answers to questions and also gave us some recommendations. Would definitely use again if we return to Siesta Key

Nice apartmrnt near the beach
A nice apartment, fully equipped, super close to the beach(1 minute walking), and also very close to the restaurants area. Lisa, the owner is a great person, super kind with us. The apartments also counts with everything you need to go to the beach

Family vacation
The two bedroom bungalow was very homie, had everything ready for our stay. Is a little old of a place but the up keep and decor made it feel like you were home. We had a pretty good storm while there and the property manager was in contact with us the whole time was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to the water and just a block away from the village. Loved our stay.

GEM is a gem!
This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in GEM and love it every time. The proximity to the beach and the village for restaurants, shopping and entertainment is everything you could possibly want when visiting Siesta Key! You do not need a car when staying here. Everything is extremely walkable and if you don’t want to walk, there are plenty of free transportation options! GEM is very clean, well stocked, all beach supplies you need, and Lisa is extremely responsive for any questions! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Siesta Key!

Barefoot bungalow
Property was as advertised and we were happy with the location. Only issue was location of next door property and the loudness of their gatherings on 3 occasions. I had to call sheriff 3 occasions to go and ask them to lower voices directly under our bedroom windows at 1:20 AM being the latest. Our host Lisa was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay!
We have not a bad thing to say about our stay. Lisa did everything and more to make us feel welcome. When you walk in to a bouquet of flower, box of candy, someone cares. The pictures are just what you have to make your trip enjoyable. Kitchen has a variety of pots and pan. Nice supply of bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon. We liked it so much that after 2 days I rebooked for 2025!

Great location
We were concerned about wifi before renting because we work part of the day. Lisa reassured us that she has a hotspot that is in all of her condos for us to use. That worked great during our stay and we didn't have any issues. The condo is well setup and so conveniently located. It is very close to the beach and town. We walked to all restaurants that we ate at. We would definitely stay here again and have told friends about this great condo.

Fabulous location!
Another fabulous stay! The condo is cute, clean and extremely well appointed! You will want for nothing!!! Tons of towels, beach chairs, kitchen and bathroom needs. Comfy beds as well! We just love the location. No fighting with beach or restaurant parking which can be a real nightmare. 2 second walk to grocery, boutique stores, coffee shops and restaurants as well as the best beach in the USA.

Gem is a gem in siesta key
We booked 5 nights at Gem and had a wonderful time. The condo is so close to the beach and SK Village. Couldn’t be happier with the location. All beach equipment is provided too. Lisa was great and really efficient and helpful. We will definitely visit again

Great Location
My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. It’s in an excellent location. The beach is literally just around the corner (you can see it from the deck between two buildings, not the best view but very close). It was exactly what we we looking for, close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Just 10 minutes or less to walk to the main strip where the restaurants and shops are. If you were so inclined, you could park your car and never need to move it for your entire stay. The unit had everything we needed for the week we were there, utensils, cookware, towels, beach chairs and even a beach cart! Is it a luxury suite, no. But it was very clean and well supplied. If you’re looking for a place within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops, and won’t break the bank, it’s perfect. We WILL be back to this unit (although probably one of the bottom units next time, just to avoid the stairs). I’d give it an A+
