We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious home. Loved the location — secluded with a beautiful view, yet only 6 minutes from town. Used the hot tub, fire pit, screened porch. So nice!One thing guests should know is that the loft bedroom has no blinds and is really bright. No blinds on upper bedroom windows either so if you need super dark rooms to sleep, you might be disappointed. Having said that, we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home! Great location- close enough to town, beach and activities, but remote and secluded. Kitchen is very well stocked! We would absolutely stay here again!

Family weekend getaway

This house was great for my extended family of 7 adults and 2 kids (3,6)! It was very clean and put together. Although it’s surrounded by woods, they did a great job of keeping mosquitos away. However there were quite a few flies in the house the first day, probably from the cleaning crew keeping the doors open. We asked for a fly swatter and the host delivered one to the house the next morning. Nice sitting area outside by the bonfire. We didn’t use the hot tub. The directions were easy to follow to get to the house, but we wished the view was closer to the beach (nothing against the actual house itself). Overall nice weekend, but if you want to be right by the beach it is about 10 min drive.

Beautiful home outside Saugatuck

Everyone loved the home. Large and spacious, two large living areas, 3 outdoor conversation areas big enough to fit all 12 of us. The upstairs bunk room was only good for sleeping. The mattresses were perfect. Kitchen well-stocked. It would be nice to have had a few more seats on the front porch and ceiling fans on the outdoor porch. Backs up to a quiet marsh with so many types of birds. Would definitely stay again

Book Club Getaway

We loved this house as a book club of 10 people. We appreciated all the different places to hang out and the hot tub. When we got there we were not able to find any trash bags, but we contacted the host and they brought them to us. One thing to note is the 5th "bedroom" is really a loft with no walls or blinds. Overall, loved the location and this house!

Amazing Stay for Bachelorette Party

The place was amazing! The views are to die for and the accommodations were awesome. Everyone enjoyed the house and everything that was offered. We had a great fire one evening and enjoyed the screened in porch for games on another night, the hot tub was also great. We do have a few suggestions though, we couldn’t find any lights for the patio and porch area when walking up and down the stairs and at night you can’t see anything, we did have one fall because of it, luckily it was just a sprained ankle. Also there was a wind storm out last night and one set of doors that led to the screened in porch flew open 3-4 times even after being locked so I suggest getting that fixed. Other than that, we had a great time, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Wonderful property

This is property is family friend and has plenty of sleeping accommodations. It is located just a few miles outside of Saugatuck and off the road a little way to give you some seclusion. The view off the back porch is incredible. It has a large kitchen, commercial oven, and large Weber grill for those planning on cooking during the stay. The grill was clean. It has a long table in the dining area capable of sitting more than 10 and a table of similar size in the screened porch. It was well cleaned when we arrived, and we had no issues during our stay. This is definitely a property I could see our family returning to in the future.

Great stay

Perfect location for a meet up of long time friends. Had everything we needed in a secluded spot. The only negative is that the fifth bedroom is actually a loft surrounded by windows (with no blinds).

Prefect golf trip getaway

Had a good trip in Saugatuck/Holland and was the perfect place for our group of guys to hang out and relax. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect, and the pool table was a blast. The space was perfect for 12 people to not feel crowded.

Great house, great location

House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back!

Overall A Solid Stay

No complaints! Worked well us, big kitchen and lovely views. We couldn’t find the river walk? We started on the trail but were asked to turn around because there is a hunting club nearby. This house was a bit quirky, had a group of couples and 4 of them shared one bathroom in the basement because the other 2 are attached to bedrooms. All in all a great stay but just thought I’d share.

Birthday Celebration

We stayed at the property in the fall to celebrate a birthday with friends. The house was extremely conducive for a large group and a great place to just hang out. Would highly recommend!

Secluded and relaxing

Beautiful home that's tucked in the woods, yet very close to all the action. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Great kitchen table for games and separate areas to sit and talk or watch Tv at night. We will be back!

Very Comfortable Stay

We spent the weekend cooking, relaxing and catching up with friends. It was the perfect spot for doing that, with a lovely wooded view over the wetlands / river -- but still less than 10 minutes to downtown Saugatuck.
