Excellent location, good gathering spaces
This is a nice property that is well-supplied and clean. Loved the hottub on a chilly Fall night. This was a couples' trip and we would recommend this property for that type of group. Note that one of the three bathrooms is very small.

Beautiful home
Our stay here was perfect. Very very clean!!! There were 3 girls who stayed here for a qirls weekend away. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! The hot tub was lovely. The walk to the downtown area is not far at all! We couldnt get the fireplace to work while there, that is the only "negative" part of my review. However, by no means would it prevent us from renting this home again in the future. The staff was very responsive and tried trouble shooting that issue with us and even created a work order for it to be fixed. It was not fixed, to my knowledge, during the time we were there. But 10 out of 10, i would return.

Cozy house a stone’s throw away from town
Quaint home with the perfect accommodations including a hot tub. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our evening each night, staring up at the stars on a clear evening. We walked into town and enjoyed all of the quiet, relaxation, shopping and restaurants that Saugatuck has to offer. We will be back in the summertime!

Great Rental
Location was great, amenities were pretty standard. Had a few issues with a broken shower head but the helpline was diligent in addressing our concerns. There was some connectivity issues with the line but after a few recalls were able to get it all sorted.

Loved Saugatuck
This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything ! The house has everything you need and is very clean. The furniture is cozy and comfortable, beds very comfortable and enjoying the hot tub in the evening was a plus! There’s plenty of nice outdoor furniture to enjoy! We really enjoyed our stay here there’s so many great restaurants, fun entertainment and great shopping we would definitely rent again !

Great Location
Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids under 2. The location is great. We loved the short walk to town for shopping and meals. There's also a playground less than 2 blocks away which was nice! I took off a star because the floors weren't the cleanest (you really notice when you have kids playing on them) & there was a lot of dust on the furniture.

Our Saugatuck Home Away From Home
We had a great stay. The home had everything the 6 of us needed. Great location to Shops and Restaurants! The only thing that we can say we didn't like were the hard mattresses. I have foam toppers we will take with us next year.

Writing Retreat was a Treat

2021 Saugatuck
We have been coming to saugatuck for over 14 years. We love everything about this town. Great restaurants, new breweries, all things dog friendly. This house is in the perfect location. We moved the car once in our 3 day visit. Loved how close we were to coffee and restaurants. But, I inspected the house when we arrived. None of the bathrooms were cleaned. And the beds were not made up with all the new sheets. Not even sure the sheets were clean. Found folded flat sheets under the pillows!( I have no idea why they would put them under pillows that we didn't notice until day two!) The lock box on the front door didn't work, and it took 30 minutes of calls to figure out how to enter the house. I have never run into these situations while using vrbo. Hope you can correct the errors, so others don't have the same disappointment.

Just returned from 2 nights at this lovely home. Extremely comfortable, great location, exceptional stay. Loved the back patio!! Great place for 3 couples, 2 blocks from the water. Highly recommend this place and discussed returning in the future.
