"It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "

"The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay."

"This was fantastic choice and I highly recommend! The apartment is spacious, well appointed and very comfy. The neighborhood is lovely - quiet and safe with grocery, Target, movie theater and coffee all within walking distance. The Sunset neighborhood is beautiful and full of wonderful places to eat and drink. Golden Gate Park and the beach are a short drive or bike ride away. The host was responsive and gave great instructions/directions. Check in and out were stress free. "

"A gem of a property in beautiful Marin county. Super quiet and peaceful. Impressive views of downtown San Rafael. A clean and updated mid-century modern property that is cozy and it's own private balcony. A wonderful heated pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Host provided all the necessities along with snacks, premium coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Onsite EV charger was convenient, just paid the local utility rates."

"Our check-in went smoothly. The kitchen was very clean and it had all the amenities, including basic spices and salt. "

"Easy check in, would be helpful to have photos of the entry so that you know you're in the correct spot. Place was decently clean. Neighborhood was nice! Felt very safe. Had everything as listed. Bed was comfortable, hot water worked. Owner handled a minor issue with wifi promptly. "

"Elizabeth was so easy to work with. The unit was beautiful, clean and private. Elizabeth helped us with our every need. The location was great and we had easy access to all parts of town. We would most definitely stay here again!"

"Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). The house itself is just as pictured: compact but had everything and was in a perfect location for exploring the area. Host was...
