"Great little place to relax. I recommend kicking back on the back patio with one of the many books available. Communication and instructions were clear with quick responses. Plenty of available street parking. Walking to the riverfront takes less than 30 minutes. The large grocery store is also a walk away. (Avoid that place in the afternoons, it’s crazy town) The only thing to keep in mind is that this is below other residences. Plenty of foot traffic and overheard conversations. We would...

Great communication with the property manager, and there was a quickness to solving the few problems we had (when we got in, the AC wasn’t working but a maintenance man was sent out to help quickly and he even bought us some fans!) "The property is very well situated, Forsyth Park and Kroger are at walkable distance as well as everything! It’s located in a quiet street. Definitely for families, the open twin room, although is divided by a curtain, has no real privacy, you have to walk through it to go to the kitchen and patio. Something to consider! Cleaning has to improve! Sad we weren’t able to have Ice. Fridge is a small one but the small freezer space need maintenance and cleaning ASAP!"

"The property was awesome, and the owner was so accommodating. We stayed here from Florida, during Hurricane Milton and it was a perfect location. Close to restaurants, Shopping and Savannah RiverWalk. The house had plenty of room and an amazing movie theatre room. The pool area was very nice. The home has everything that you should need for a nice stay. "
