Girls Trip
Location and Accommodations were great. A few items that need to be addressed are 1. Need Instructions on how to turn the bathtub water on in the upstairs hall bathroom. Had to call maintenance to find out how to do. Was not a traditional method for three women. We turned left and right, not straight out. 2. Sink Faucet in Master Bedroom was loose and needs to be secured. 3. Shower in master bathroom never got hot enough. The water controls were confusing. 4. Stains on living room sofa needs to be addressed. It looked dirty. 5. 3rd floor bedroom needs to have a way to use ceiling fans on during the night without having can lights on.

Savannah Charm
This was the perfect location to get to the sights downtown. It worked really well for having 3 young kids who could have the top floor to themselves for playing/sleeping. The kitchen is very small and I recommend bringing your own utensils/pans if you plan to cook because it is sparsely stocked. We also did not use the parking spaces because you cannot access the property from the back gate so we used street parking which worked fine. Overall, we would definitely stay there again and I recommend it if you have a bigger group/kids. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 and it was adequate space wise.

Beautiful home in the heart of Savannah
This home was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Savannah during the summer. We had 4 adults, 2 babies, and a toddler. The home was the perfect size for our party. We did have to toddler-proof the home a bit, as we didn't want her to disturb any of the gorgeous artifacts in the home. We enjoyed walking around the historic neighborhood. The home was walking distance to almost everything we needed. We appreciated having access to the pool at Tybee Island but it rained before we could take advantage. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

Charming
The property was excellent! The kids (teens) had fun checking out each room on each floor to pick their favorite. The balcony off the spare room was very pleasant in the morning. The patio area was nice in the evening. The overall neighborhood was quiet, for a downtown location.

Beautiful home.
Property is centrally located, convenient to River Street as well as Forsyth Park. Home is on the most beautiful street in Savannah. Very clean, very welcoming. We will stay here again.

The location was excellent Very comfortable inside Immediate response from management company by text addressing our questions/concerns Adorable back garden needed attention unkempt and mold on back of house More towels should have been provided we did request them but never got them Hall shower knob was not working, repair man came but it was not fixed Pool was small no towels provided and water was at least 90 degrees more like a hot tub

Great location
We enjoyed our stay, well appointed house with comfortable beds. The location on Jones Street is great, quiet part of downtown. The parking was a bit of a problem. The 2 spots in the back were blocked, 1 with a porta john from the neighboring house construction and the other with a telephone pole. Parking on the street is crowded and street sweeper restrictions. We would stay here again, despite the parking hiccup.

Beautiful home and location in Savannah
This is a beautiful townhome in the historical center of Savannah. Furnishings and rooms were beautiful. Kitchen is somewhat small but the rest of the rooms were quite large. We were disappointed on arrival that the outdoor kitchen and seating area had not been cleaned. We had a broken toaster and an obstinate dishwasher and a refrigerator that ran constantly. Our host gladly replaced the toaster and offered to have someone come out to fix the appliances but it would have caused too much disruption and we thought that this and the outdoor cleaning should be done before the next guests arrived. I am sure that the next guests here will have a beautiful stay and that the hosts will be just as prompt in answering any problem that might arise.

Gorgeous property! Great location
This listing looked great on line. Thinking it might be too good to be true I booked it. It was fantastic! Excellent location. Management obviously cared a lot that everything was good. Rooms were very well appointed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The outdoor area was gorgeous. We wish we'd brought steaks to grill. Very comfortable seating indoors and out. Laundry worked well. Convenient to many restaurants. Spotless. Nice to have dimmers everywhere. Well restored. Great loft bedroom. Lots of construction in the area but you couldn't hear a thing in the unit. Wish we'd stayed longer. I can't say enough good things about this place
