Our first trip to Savannah! Great location! We could walk to Forsythe Park and around the historic district. Listing was accurate. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Rental company was great! Would definitely recommend and will stay here when we visit Savannah.

4 Day Stay
We came to Savannah to escape the cold for a few days. We wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. This place was perfect for my wife and I and her parents. The only stairs were the ones going up the front porch. It was very comfortable inside where we watched ballgames in the living room, beds were soft and bathrooms were fine. Everything was very roomy. We didn't really use the kitchen or dining room but it's there. I was concerned about parking (I drive a bigger truck) before going. Parking was available on both sides of the street out front and that was simple enough. We felt like the area was safe. We would have used the front porch more had it been a little warmer. Be sure to bring your walking shoes for this city.

Holiday Getaway
House was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Videos were helpful and answered all of our questions. Perfect location to take a stroll through Forsyth Park. Near lots of restaurants and shops. The only thing I would say is that the location is at the opposite end of the park as the map shows. Which would be the East Victorian District. Everything else was spot on and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

The exterior of the building and the grounds were a disaster. I know the building was created in 1892 but maintenance is still required. The people that clean the property did a good job but the maintenance of the property inside was not good. I have a picture of the heating vent in the ceiling hanging by duct tape. As far as cleaning, the only real issues were a layer of dust on the fireplace woodwork on the top left in the master bedroom (I also have a picture) and soiled throw blankets in the master bedroom. I would attache photos if that feature was available. We definitely will not be renting this property again and we will be cautious about renting from you again.

Excellent house while visiting Savannah
We enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property in December. Location was excellent, across from Forsyth Park and walking distance to the hop on/hop off trolley so no need to move our rental car. Everything was available in the house we needed. Loved the southern charm. Only struggled with the lock system, better directions on how to use it would have helped. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Space and Great Location
We loved how close this location was to Forsyth Park and appreciated the quiet neighborhood. There was unhinged air vent which was not an issue for us but the absence of a vacuum made things a bit challenging, especially with a 1-year-old. Overall, we had a great experience and were impressed by the decor and cleanliness of the space.

Great Location For Exploring Savannah
Our party of four loved our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, quaint and spacious. The location was excellent with easy access to the attractions of Savannah. Forsyth Park is just around the corner and a beautiful place to take a stroll. We used the Dot transport to see the sites in Savannah's Historic District, as well as Uber when Dot transport was not running. We did not use the courtyard as there was work being done in the yard at the time of our stay, nor did we take advantage of the pool access. We did however really enjoy relaxing on the front patio. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. I'd say the only slight negative for us was that the kitchen was a little cramped, but this was not a deal breaker. The amount of room in the rest of the house and the exceptional access to tourist sites more than made up for that slight inconvenience. An excellent stay. 5/5

Nice overall
It was a nice and clean place. It was a busy area and parking wasn't always easy. Very limited outlets and the only 3 prong ones were in the kitchen so I had to get ready in the kitchen. Not only because it has 3 prongs but also the outlet in the main bathroom didn't work. It was spacious and the sitting area off the bedroom was very relaxing.

Historic Savannah Dreams
The ceiling height, the front porch, the screened in back porch, the historic home, the location right on Forsyth within walking distance of all the best restaurants, but far enough removed from the often times annoying tourist trap areas (that you can get to just 1 mile away when you want to go there), thankfully. Everything was perfect. Would love to stay here again as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful time at Parlor on Park. The house was beautiful and inviting, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect; we just hopped on the trolley and were quickly at the Riverwalk area. We also loved being so close to Forsyth Park, which made for great morning walks. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the conveniences, and the living space was spacious. We will definitely be back.

A charming property with room for the family. Coffee shops in walking distance, a great small grocery store aswell. Nice outdoor space for relaxing at the property. We also had a great day on Tybee Island making use of the pool/beach access.

Wonderful unit close to the park
The property was just as listed. Extremely easy check-in process. We were a little further from some things than I hoped for the kids but we found parking by the home and at our destinations closer to the river to be very easy. Our kids loved walking over to the park to play. It's an old home with lots of charm. Our children also loved having access to the pool on Tybee. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, historical, lovely views and walks
The property was stunning! We walked into a beautiful, clean, and well equipped two bedroom, two bath townhouse about a mile away from downtown Savannah. Everything was working, the layout was neat and had a nice flow if people were to have guests. While the kitchen was small, other areas of the space made up for it with high ceilings, plenty of towels, lots of closet space, and the water pressure was great! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Spacious, quiet & convenient location
The property was very nice and had eveything we needed. We stayed over for a wedding in the historic district. We were able to walk or take a bus to access sightseeing and wedding-related events. For some, the walk would be long when going to the river or museums, but the tradoff is the house was quiet and spacious conpared to downtown locations. We appreciated the soap , paper towres, and even small amout of coffee and filters provided. All the convenience and comforts of home. Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful Stay!
Perfect location; nice, high ceilings and lots of space. The kitchen was tight but we were still able to make it work. All utensils, towels, drip and Keurig coffee makers. No complaints other then the heavy footsteps from the unit above us.
