Awesome Historic District townhome
This townhouse made our visit to Savannah, GA even more memorable. The location was perfectly situated in the Historic District. We felt safe and walked to most sites we wanted to visit. We loved being so close to Forsythe Park and walked our dogs there each evening. The parking was great since it was gated and on site. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room for resting, sleeping and even eating while visited. The townhome was beautifully decorated and had all the conveniences from home that we wanted since we ate most meals there. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our first visit to Savannah!

Walk to Forsyth Park
This house was far more beautiful than the pictures. It’s very spacious and well maintained. The couches have been well loved but are clean and comfy. We were a group of 6 and we had plenty of room to move around, gather and enjoy our time. Walking distance to most places. We walked mostly everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet. Some suggestions would be to add mirrors to the 2 bedrooms for getting ready. The only full length mirror is in the master. More hangers for clothes in the closets would be appreciated as well as maybe a few pods for laundry for towels if staying longer than few nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house, comfortable beds, lots of space & happy we had off street parking. Master bed frame needs to be looked at as it squeaked alot. Only 1 wine glass?? So we decided to make margaritas, but there was no blender. No soap for the dishwasher, so we left it full of dishes, but didn't turn it on. For as large as the bathrooms were, only one towel rack & no hooks for other towels. Tried to hang towels to dry in upper bathroom on curtain rod, but it bent over???

First Vacation Trip to Savannah
Outstanding property and we have VRBO'd all over the world. Very nice remodeled and updated property. The only two things that need attention are the ice maker in the fridge and in my opinion the pit sofa grouping needs replaced. Other than that the property is a top 3 in the places I have used. Super Nice Job!!!!

Ideal location for extended (or short) stay
This lovely home was the perfect base for an extended stay in Savannah. We loved being near the park, and everything else was less than a mile walk away. The beds, especially the 2 queens, were really comfortable. The reserved parking in the back was convenient, but parking on the street would not have been a problem.

Great Stay While in Savannah....
Our group consisted of 2 couples. The property has 3 bedrooms, while the master is very large, the other 2 bedrooms are just large enough for the King size beds and a nightstand. We used the 3rd bedroom to put luggage on the bed so it worked out just fine. Always had plenty of hot water for showers, which was very nice. Loved the gated parking area behind the property, never felt concerned the entire time we were there. We walked from this location to River Street. One day we had over 20K steps, but we loved seeing the city by foot. We would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect home for couples
We had the best time at this property! Four of us (2 couples) stayed in the home. There's enough space to have privacy while still feeling connected on your vacation. The main floor is spacious and we made breakfast every day in the home.

Great House!
This house fit our needs perfectly! So clean, spacious, and nice inside. Very close to the big park. Walking distance to everything. It advertises that it sleeps 8 and it does, but the 4th bed is a air mattress that would be tough for 2 people and there wasn’t anywhere to put it but in the master bedroom. We had 7 and it worked great for us but it would be tough for 4 couples. A very nice house for 6! Had a great time!

The house is beautiful. A couple things that can be improved. 1). Couch is very worn. It needs to be cleaned. 2). Additional bedrooms have no TV or mirror. 3). The lighting in the bathroom is poor, cannot put makeup on, Bedroom had no mirror for me to apply makeup. 4). When staying from out of town coming in on a plane, you advertise d having shampoo, bearly enough for 1 shampoo. Hopefully, These tips are helpful.

Beautiful home close to all the event venues for my son’s wedding in historic Savannah. Felt very welcoming and the awesome kitchen and living area was perfect for family to greet and get ready for the wedding events. Bedrooms were comfortable, quiet and cool. Beautiful bathrooms and a very well appointed kitchen. Everything was just lovely.

An Amazing Stay for College Drop Off
This home was 100% as advertised. Simply an amazing place to set up for move into college. The home came with everything you could need. The off street secure parking was an added plus that made getting the dorm boxes in and out a snap. The location was central to everything. We walked EVERYWHERE and it never felt too far. This is absolutely a place I will look to stay again when we go to visit!

Wundervolles Haus in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend
Es ist das klassische Südstaaten-Townhouse, wie man es sich vorstellt. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Den Pool haben wir nicht besucht, unsofern können wir darüber nichts berichten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, sollten wir wieder nsch Savannah fahren.

Beautiful home & fun vacation
We stayed in this unit for 4 nights, it was beautiful, clean & spacious. It worked wonderful for our family. It was close to downtown and Forsyth Park as well as a grocery store. We had a wonderful time and would look into it again next time we visit.

Savannah Mom Daughters trip
Very nice home! Pictures are very accurate. It was quiet and an easy place to get to. Quick ride to the river or to other places to view the sites and take in some history. We liked the spaciousness of the lower level-there were 3 of us. There are 21 stairs to the bedrooms and upper bathrooms with the showers. Hard getting luggage up and down but definitely not impossible. Just something to note if your are staying awhile and bring a lot of stuff! The master is very spacious with nice bathroom. We liked having double vanities in both upstairs bathrooms. It really helped speed up the getting ready process for 3 women! The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice quality. I recommend the property and would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Beautiful and Spacious!
We stayed in this unit for several days and loved it. It was immaculately clean upon arrival, looks exactly as pictured and has a lot of nice touches, like a working grill, screened porch, front porch off main bedroom, huge main closet, gigantic TVs, good wifi, filtered water inside the fridge and easy street parking (just make sure to heed the street sweeping signs). Loved everything about this place. The property manager also texted us as soon as we got in to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Was wonderful.

Much needed vacation
Since my children have moved to different states, we chose Savanah, GA for vacation. We loved the location and really enjoyed the historic area. The home was absolutely lovely and the staff was patient and quick to respond. We would stay there again.

Gorgeous house
The house is spacious and parking is gold You have to access the parking area from the front before you can park in the back. It is about a mile from the river but it made for a nice walk. Forsyth park is lovely. The street it is on is very noisy with traffic and utility trucks but it would not deter me from staying there again.
