Holiday Visit
The apartment has a lot of old school charm. Able to walk to enjoy some of the local history, shops, and restaurants. Not a problem for us, but you will have to deal with metor or pay for ramp parking. ramp parking

Lovely apartment in the heart of the Historical District
We enjoyed our stay very much at this location which provided easy access to the beautiful Historical District of Savannah. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and our landlord was very attentive to any questions or requests that we had. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had anything you would need for spending time there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Location
Linda’s on Lincoln was the absolute perfect location for exploring the district and getting to the ferry to the Convention center. Southern Belle was wonderful to work with also and I would definitely stay at one of their properties again. Thanks for a great week

Peaceful and Private! Just lovely!
This was a perfect mini vacay for my daughter and I to spend some time together. Such an adorable and beautifully decorated home on the 2nd level (from the street). It was a perfect location and in walking distance to so many shops and some of the best southern cookin! We would love to stay here again! Thank you for hosting us! I would suggest others to be mindful of the parking situation and the keurig does not take regular sized k cups. Just bring a bag of ground coffee! Lol

Birthday weekend in summer 2024
This property is in a fantastic location. Walking distance to all of historic Savannah. They had the until cooled down, fans on, very welcoming. The bed(s) are comfortable and everything worked. There's a parking garage close by and only $14/day. The only reason it didn't get a perfect 5 star is we had to request addtnl hand towels/washrags (plenty of bath towels) and took a while to get them. They were very cordial in responding. I had to do a load of laundry to have enough. Also, no where to hang anything. There's a utility closet with a few hangers; I get this is an older historic building but would be nice to hang clothes. And we were told we could check in a little early (an hour?) We had to wait until exactly 4pm. This would have been a "nice to have" not a "need to have". Overall we would highly recommend and we would stay here again.

This apartment is decorated to feel like Savannah. It is comfortable and the balcony was absolutely wonderful. Per another person's review be aware this is a second floor with stairs, but it is well worth it. Plus it is walkable to all most of the places that you want to see. Loved it.

Charming and clean. Stairs should have a railing on the outside wall. When advertising please advise that the stairs are steep. Bathroom shower could use a hand bar. Overall everything was fine. Thank you.

This was simply a charming apartment! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had newer kitchen appliances. The neighborhood location was ideal… Easy to walk to any of the attractions in historic Savannah. It was also a quiet neighborhood during my stay with no trouble sleeping at night. I did not take advantage of the pool - so cannot comment further about that. The management of this apartment was spot on, and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again.

People interested in this property should be told that it is not a handicap accessible.
The unit was lovely. We enjoyed our stay, however, coming and going was made difficult. The staircase is narrow, and without handrails. Being senior citizens I was concerned that one of us might fall as we entered, and left the building.

Beautiful property and perfect location
This apartment is LOVELY. It is truly a perfect vibe for Savannah. It was spacious enough to feel like a home and located in the perfect spot. It is a short walk to the river and dining options galore. My only regret was not bringing more for cooking at home. Although there was an adequately stocked kitchen for small meals, we enjoy cooking a lot and it came up a bit short for that. It is only basic cooking ready (BYO S&P, larger pans, foil, plastic wrap, etc). I assume most people eat out during vacation so it is only a personal gripe and a small one at that. We would definitely stay here again. A+++

Excellent location and condo
We agreed that this was one of the best places we have rented in a very long time. The condo itself is actually bigger than it looks. It is definitely big enough to stay with two couples and has a full kitchen and dining room in which you could actually make meals. The balcony is the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning, but remember to bring your own. They do have two types of coffee makers and filters for the drip coffee maker available. There were plenty of towels and dishes for us to use and detergent for the dishwasher. I can't say anything about the laundry, as we did not use it. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, though. The water pressure was great, everything was clean, and the check-in and out process was incredibly clear and communicated well. Our only complaint was actually the people above us. That's not really something the owner can help, though. They were literally running and stomping through the apartment from about 5:00 in the morning until about midnight. It was a little crazy. Condo is in the city, too. You can hear everything that goes by the historic building with what looks like beautiful original windows. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend ear plugs both for the city and for the possibility of loud upstairs neighbors. This is definitely a place we would recommend to our friends!
