The property is next door to some sketchy properties. The house itself was fine. We really wanted the screened porch but didn't end up using it, partially because we weren't comfortable with the neighborhood. It was also further away from the things we wanted to do. I'd prefer to pay a little more and be closer. I also found the app and process of checking in / out confusing. The team was very responsive when I texted, so that was helpful, but between the e-mail, text, App, etc, there were so many places to look for information it was confusing.
Finally, I left my necklace at the house. Knew exactly where I left it and contacted the property management company right away. I know it is my fault for leaving it, but I cannot understand why they were incapable of finding it and sending it to me (they charge a fee to do so which I was fine with.) Either the cleaners don't do a good job of cleaning or ?. Nevertheless, I am disappointed they do not run the business with enough efficiency to be able to execute on that request given that I informed them right away and was very sure of its location.
