The home was as presented. The only problem we had was no WiFi for the first 24 hours and no TV in the living room for the entire stay.

Wonderful Stay!
My cousins and I had a wonderful stay at the Parsonage at Forsyth!! Its a beautiful house, very comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the front porch. We also took advantage of the pool on Tybee Island for one day. It was also very nice, plenty of chairs and places to sit, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future :).

Another Savannah Treat
This house is an absolute must stay. Beautifully furnished and ideally located, it gave my son and his friends access to all the downtown and riverside had to offer while I could be on the beach and enjoy a remote workspace! We would definitely book again as the Southern Belle staff were great to work with and the house made the trip a great kickoff to the summer.

Perfect location for getting to wherever in the city you want to go. Walking distance to Forsythe Park - a must see! House is fantastic with a perfect courtyard and front porch for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! Southern Belle rentals are the way to go when you visit Savannah!

Outstanding Vacation Rental
Outstanding property. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, clean throughout. The house dates from the 1888 but has a modern kitchen and three modern bathrooms. The family loved it. We sat on the front porch every night, and enjoyed the ambiance of the quiet neighborhood. A grey tabby cat visited with us every morning, while drank our coffee on the verandah -- to complete the home experience! Everything about the property exceeded our expectations -- truly wonderful. It provided a beautiful refuge after a busy day of sight seeing

Great Time in Savannah
We planned a mother and daughters trip to Savannah and this cute little Victorian townhouse was perfect for us! It was clean with updated appliances but historical charm throughout. (No ghosts!) We walked to Forsyth Park and even the historic district. The little shared courtyard with the bubbling fountain was the perfect place for me to enjoy reading “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil” on the days my daughters slept in. We had a wonderful week in Savannah!

Charming quiet neighborhood
We appreciated the charm and tranquility of the neighborhood and the few hip spots nearby. it’s about a mile from downtown so walkable during the day but we ubered in the evenings. Furnishings are a bit outdated but adequate. Third bedroom could use room darkening window treatment.

Great location!
We loved our stay at The Parsonage at Forsyth. The location was perfect. We were two blocks from Forsyth Park in a quiet residential neighborhood but also walking distance to the downtown or a quick two blocks to the free bus service through town. We also discovered that the new restaurants in the area were fabulous... an unexpected surprise. We also found the home clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and work when needed and the garden space in back was incredibly tranquil on a warm day. We highly recommend it.

Active Mold In Home
The location was a bit loud and sketchy, as is every other road in Savannah can be. Mold was found on the upstairs bathroom door and it caused 2 of my family members to start an allergic reaction. I texted the prop manager and she said she could send someone over, it should have not been there in the first place so I said no thank you and headed to Charleston for the rest of the weekend. Mattresses were old and worn as was most of the furniture which led to uncomfortable resting. But Savannah was fun nonetheless. My recommendation is to update all bedding and furniture and repaint most of the home to kill the mold.

Loved the property and location!
Loved the property and location! It was a charming home by Forsyth Park and was close to a few shops and super-close to the downtown area. We had our 17 and 20 year olds with us and they loved the property as well. They had their own rooms. There were 2 full bathrooms for us to share, which was nice, plus a 1/2 bath. The main thing we had to get used to was not running the dishwasher or washer while folks were showering because of the tankless water heater, but other than that, the place was perfect! The air conditioner worked perfectly, which was a concern we had for an older home with 2nd floor bedrooms, but it worked awesome! I personally loved the charming landscape in the front of the house and court yard. They were nice areas to retreat and relax in. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Family vacation
This was the first time we stayed downtown, we usually stay at Tybee. My husband and daughter said this house was the best we’ve ever stayed in. The house was lovely and we loved the location. We sat on the front porch every evening and in the morning we enjoyed coffee in the courtyard. We liked having a designated parking place. We will be back!!
