"This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience."

"This house is very centrally located in CH and is across the street from a great cafe/coffee shop (Coco). It is a large house with plenty of parking and room to spread out. Communication was super fast and helpful. It is a house that has been lived in quite a bit with wear and tear around the edges. But, for a quick stay it functions quite well for a group. "

"The Owner and her Manager have done a exemplary job furnishing this 2/1 rental. The beds were outstanding and made the stay wonderful. The property has full size kitchen appliances with even an electric tea kettle. There is a Roku TV available in the living room for streaming. In a world of sketchy rentals, this property was a breath of fresh air. This was an overall great rental experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend reserving this property for your next Chapel Hill trip."
