"Estupendo sitio para quedarse, muy céntrico y cómodo. Abajo hay una parada del tranvía, al frente el Centro Comercial Galerie y a pocos minutos el centro con muchos sitios turísticos. Dentro de la habitación todo muy completo para la estadía, incluso nos recibieron con unos obsequios. Estoy segura que voy a regresar, mi hijo va a estudiar en esta ciudad y este será mi primera opción para hospedarme."

"Wir waren 7Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Vermieter, Hr. Fleischer ist sehr nett und hat mit uns zwei sogar eine Stadtführung gemacht, die sehr interessant war und man spürte förmlich die Liebe zu seiner Stadt Dresden. Die FW ist von Grün umgeben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in sämtliche Richtungen fast unmittelbar vor der Tür. Das Fazit ist, wir können diese FW auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen."

"Waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern zu Gast. Der Schlüssel war anhand der separaten Anleitung gut zu finden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren alle sauber und gut möbliert. Das Badezimmer ist durch das Dachfenster schön hell. Die großen Fenster besitzen Außenjalousien, die per Schalter hoch- und runtergefahren werden können.
