"Reserva para 4 personas con un sofá cama. Sin sábanas ni mantas para el sofá-cama. El radiador de la habitación no funcionaba. No tenía escoba. Reclamado todo el primer día. Contestación: que habían avisado al servicio técnico. Al final, 3 noches sin sábanas y sin dar solución alguna. Nefasto el servicio de atención al cliente."

Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach wunderbar. Stylisch, modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch für unseren Hund war an alles gedacht.Herr Siegers ist unglaublich freundlich.Einziger Abstrich ist die große Fabrik, die in der Nähe ist. Aber dafür ist der Hammerwald wunderbar."

"The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!"
