"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice."

"House ideally placed to visit all the region. We have been there like home. Everything was great: very well orientated with sun all the day, kitchen fully equiped with all necessary, very clean, heating in all the rooms... "E hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular enfrente de lago, personal muy amable y atento. Desafortunadamente el precio de la habitación es demasiado caro para lo que te ofrecen , tome una habitación nivel del lago y no me gusto, cama super barata e incómodo colchón (se hundía todo y era duro) La habitación costo más de CHF 900 y sentí que fue un robo porque te quedas en el Dolder (de los mejores hoteles en Suiza) por CHF 200 francos más y la calidad es otro nivel y todas las amenidades que te incluyen en el cuarto no se compara. Recomiendo que le bajen el precio a las habitaciones de Alex Hotel si no están dispuesto a ofrecer alta calidad en la habitación. "
