"This space was exactly what I wanted for my solo weekend! Self-contained in a charming, large house I had everything I needed in a conveniently-located crash pad. The train station is across the street but somehow very unobtrusive. The train into the city runs at least once an hour, making it easy to explore from the convenience of the house. "My husband grew up here and we wanted to visit our families. We just loved this property. I grew up on a farm and we had the same chickens growing up. I am a gardener and enjoyed looking at all of the trees and plants our host was growing on the property. The outside doesn’t appear to be maintained as well as it should be, there is a sitting area out back with table & chairs needed to be wiped down and space all cluttered with leaves. "Property is very comfortable is decorated very comfortably was extremely clean. The kitchen is large and set up well there was even a Keurig machine. We didn’t have any issue with the parking We left our car on the street overnight for free There’s a long staircase going up to it, but it wasn’t A problem for us and it is on an intersection corner, but again wasn’t an issue for us 100% stay there again "

"We came to town for a concert at the Sellersville theatre and loved this little spot to stay! While we weren’t there long it was so comfortable and clean, the outside space looked so inviting and we were happy to find that we were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and a brewery nearby! This was the perfect spot to stay for the concert and we would have happily stayed longer if we were able to! "

"The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!"
