Very nice...could be a 5 star
We enjoyed our stay...would be a five star place with an updated mattress in the master. My opinion a current cooling topper on a firm mattress would suit most. Current bed sleeps very hot. TV in den works terribly with xfinity. Had to restart it 6 times over a weekend. Unit in master works a lot better without the restarts. The dryer is unbelievably loud, but if the other 2 were corrected this could be 5 star.

Slice of Heaven on the Marsh
What a beautiful condo and view. We really enjoyed our stay and walking the property. Breathe taking view from porch and living room. Safe secluded area minutes away from any need.

Great Getaway
My husband and I were very much in need of a getaway that would provide us with a place to become rejuvenated. We live in the mountains of Western NC, so a "different" wonderful view with privacy and a serene feel is what we were after. This property provided everything we were looking for. It was very clean, roomy enough for the two of us and was well stocked with pans and utensils. There were lots of options of things to do in the area, if you wanted more activity, but we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the stillness and beauty of the marsh. Add in a glass of wine, a charcuterie board, an amazing sunset and all of our needs were met. The walks on the beach and nearby restaurants only added to the relaxation and ease of our stay and although I live in a beautiful place, waking up at home made me long for the beautiful view from the bedroom/porch of the marsh. So glad I found this property. Next stay will be for a week!

Great condo on Seabrook Island
This was our first time staying at Bay Pointe Villas and we were not disappointed. It’s a beautiful spot in the midst of salt marshes near Bohicket Creek with a great dog and beautiful views. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped - nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Property and a great Location!
We had a wonderful stay on Seabrook Island. The property was clean and comfortable with a great view. The people at Coastal Getaways went above and beyond with what they provided. It was more than we expected. Our daughter wants to move there now! We couldn't have been happier.

The condo wasnt too clean upon arrival. It wasn’t vacuumed or dusted.
Last time we came to this property it was meticulous and thats why we came back. We dont have a desire to return back to this location.

Marsh wonderland
Overall excellent, but one criticism: the view is breath-taking, but windows and sliders have cracked seals, so the view is obscured as condensation settles in each morning and most of the day These should be immediately fixed or replaced so the property really matches the description on the website.

Seabrook vacay
We go to Seabrook every year for our wedding anniversary and really love Bay Pointe specifically. This is the first time we've stayed in this condo. Great location & views, very comfortable....with the exception of the bed, but we're a little spoiled because of our mattress at home. Otherwise, loved our visit!

Great stay
The rental was beautiful and very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was with the shower head that was broken when we arrived but it was fixed within 1-2 days. The dryer was also not functioning but this was not an issue for us as we could use my parents dryer since they live in Baypointe. Overall great stay and we would love to book the rental again for a weekend in September.

Even though this property is technically outside the main Seabrook entrance gate, there is a gated entrance to this condo complex. Beautiful views of Bohicket Creek and the marsh, and very convenient to Freshfields.

Quiet Getaway
This is the perfect place if you want to feel like you're away from it all - but still in walking distance of anything you need. You have unobstructed views of the marsh and the sunset, a very quiet area with walking and biking and trails, quick access to the beach, and a nearby shopping village with plenty of shops and restaurants. You could spend your whole vacation here, but Charleston is also just a short drive away.
