Seabrook Island engagement
The condo was very nice. Everything was perfect for the long weekend where our daughter got engaged. The 2 issues we had with the condo were: 1. The pull out bed was broken up by the head side. My daughter had to sleep foot side so she wouldn’t slide backwards. 2.The WiFi was AWEFUL! It would cut out or drop calls if we were in the bedroom. It would also cut out if 2 people were on a computer. Which made it very difficult to work while we were there. Overall it was good.

Very nice and quiet being at the end. The condo was very clean ,we love coming to Seabrook!The sunsets are always beautiful and seeing dolphins is always nice!

Great Location but home needs TLC
We loved the location and the fact that we could bring our dog but the home needs some TLC and a deep clean. There was visible trash and food on the floor and around the house. In the master bedroom and bathroom squished mosquitoes covered the walls. The toilet leaked when flushed and one of the light switches shocked my husband when he went to turn it on. Maintenance came out to fix these problems. He fixed the toilet but told us the lightswitch was a much bigger job and he would have to come back another time. There was also a hole in the master bedroom floor and the blinds were broken so people could see the bed from outside. Would not stay here again unless some work was put into this home.

Quick Family Getaway
Weather was not very cooperative, but the location could not be beat. We enjoyed the dog-friendly property and beach despite the rain. Great time to go with minimal crowds.

Just what we were looking for!
Very nice place. Great location. Only issue was we requested early check-in and Vacasa said they would let us know as soon as cleaning was done and could possibly check-in early. Never received a text though. So we thought we would go to our place anyways and by chance it may be getting close to being done at 330 and condo was vacant! Also dishwasher was full of dishes to be emptied and or washed??? No coffee pot for coffee maker, we made coffee in a pan:( .Also asked if there were beach chairs at the condo Vacasa said they were not provided yet the balcony had four available. Make sure to see what you have in the rental before going out and purchasing.

Seabrook Getaway
This was our first time staying in a condo at the beach, but as it was just us and our dog, we thought we'd give it a try. It was great! Perfect for the two of us, great location, steps to the beach and walking areas for the dog. The management team were responsive to our minor needs and a timely manner.

Quiet little hideaway…perfect for a little R & R
This condo was very easy to find wit lots to do close by. The unit was very clean & well equipped for our stay. I enjoyed sitting on the covered deck where we saw lots of wildlife walk by. On morning & evening walks we saw many dolphins. This unit is positioned to watch evening sunsets from covered deck. I hope to return one day!

Online pictures did not represent the current condition on the property. Painters arrived days after checking in, so we had to leave days earlier than expected. Management was very accommodating to our needs.

Great Weekend Get Away
Nice one bedroom condo right on the ocean. It was great to have the convenience of two full bathrooms. Seabrook Island is a beautiful gated community with lots to do and see. My husband and I plan on visiting the island again in the near future.

Loved the proximity to the beach, saw dolphins daily, beautiful views off the deck. The furniture could use a good cleaning, some maintenance needed (stove light/fan didn't work), very small TV (not a smart TV) in living area. But, we loved being in a dog friendly place, over all it was a place we'd go back to.

Quite retreat steps from the beach
The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the water and sunset. It was perfect for my husband and I, and the two bathrooms were nice. There was plenty of room and we appreciated it being pet friendly.

Peaceful week
I stayed here for a week in January. It was very peaceful and quiet, awesome sunsets from the patio, neighbors were friendly, beautiful walks under the oaks and we saw dolphins almost every afternoon. It was a great week - and special thanks to the owners for making it dog-friendly. My pup had a great time, too!

Cute condo by the beach
Love Seabrook & the dog friendliness of the island. The condo was cute, clean & comfortable, but don’t think that it should have the rating of premier host. The amenities could be improved- the televisions were small and placement isn’t as good as they could be. It could be outfitted better- the shower rack in the master bathroom was rusted and shower curtain dirty, there was another review about no teaspoons, there still weren’t any. The only other thing was the internet network and password that was provided was no longer valid & we had to call the management company to get the correct one.

Not what I expected.
I have stayed at several villas on Seabrook Island and this one is at the bottom. It was clean enough but moldy shower curtains and stained pillows are not acceptable. The mattress on the pull out sofa could not be slept on as there was no support. Pelican Watch area is great for sunset viewing and this property did allow dogs.

We love Pelican Watch
We have been coming to Pelican Watch off and on for 28 years. This condo is nice: clean, well equipped, great view. The deck ceiling fan is a nice touch. We cooked in and ate out and the kitchen was equipped for anything we did cooking wise. As always, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this villa made us cringe. I have stayed at Pelican Watch before at a different villa for my Honeymoon (which was had a different property manager/owner) with no issues whatsoever. I have been coming to Seabrook Island/ Camp Saint Christopher since the 70’s.. never ever an issue once. The people who so called cleaned our unit failed to find and remove dirty diapers that my husband found underneath our bed. Dirty air filters, problems with the wifi, smelled like dog urine on the couches. I would not recommend staying at this particular unit.

Not what we expected
We booked this for our first trip to seabrook. We were there with our two children (11 and 8) and specifically booked this for proximity to beach. We were disappointed it was on the river, not the ocean. The water had zero waves (it’s a river “beach”) and I didn’t think was very clean. Our kids got in once and we never went back. Knowing now how the island is laid out we wouldn’t stay on this side for that reason. The sunset was pretty but again when it’s listed as beachfront you assume a beach with waves and ocean! Also- the WiFi didn’t work from Friday-Sunday. We finally had that fixed something about a new modem and no one seemed to know the correct password which was over 20 digits once we did figure it out. We thought we were going to have to leave because my husband needed to work Monday. That was frustrating because we had to constantly call or email as we had signals which was minimal and annoying the first two days. The washing machine also didn’t work which we did tell property management about twice and no one came to fix it. We were thankful we brought our own sheets as the sheets were not clean on the pull out couch! I don’t think it had been changed in some time. The unit is exactly how it looks in pictures but I didn’t feel like the WiFi and washing machine problems were things that you should have to deal with on vacation. It is close to a sandy area with water but again If you are looking for an actual beach this is not it!
