"My family and I stayed for a week during Fall Break. We loved everything about this amazing property. Just steps away from the beach, great pool/hot tub, with plenty of outdoor area for dining and relaxing. Kids enjoyed having all the beach toys. Indoor furnishings are comfy, kitchen well equipped/stocked, everyone slept well on very nicely appointed beds. Only thing that we missed was a bathtub for smaller kids. We will definitely book another stay!"

"We rented 2 units for our family. Both units advertised a bunk room with 2 bunk beds (pictures were included). We needed both units. 5 days before arrival I had heard nothing from one of the units managed by 30A escapes. Finally was able to contact them and they informed us that the bunks in our unit had been ripped out and were no longer available. It could have been a disaster but at last minute one of our people canceled. Also we did not get gate code or room code until we actually arrived...

"This house was great! The management company was incredibly easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and beautifully updated, and the pool was just perfect. Our kids loved the bunk room and thought it was so cool that they got to sleep up there. The house has been updated very nicely and everything was very clean.
