"Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! "

"Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. The cleaning is lacking. There was visible mold, spider webs and dust in multiple places inside…we’re not particularly fussy about things but it was significant. The pullout bed had debris in it. We had spiders in the beds and ants in the kitchen and on the porch. On a positive note, the proximity to the trolley was great and the house would otherwise suit our needs for our family including a bunch of kids to get together. "

"Came down for our annual Christmas shopping trip and stay at this location. I was very clean and spacious and close to all the outlets and restaurants. There were lots of sleeping space. The only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the main living area you could use your personal streaming device. Only one bedroom had a tv you could stream channels. "At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. Be sure to bring yours....

"We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! "
