"La recepcion no es 24h y el wifi no funciona. Cuando he ido a hacer el check out no habia nadie, no he podido entregar la llave a nadie, ni he podido sacar el coche del parking, casi pierdo el ferry por su culpa. Los dos telefonos que ofrecen estaban desconectados y no respondia nadie. Un servicio de atención al cliente de 0 sobre 10."

"The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)"

"We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...
