"Great for good and bad weather! A short walk to the beach on a sunny day and cozy to stay in while watching football on a stormy night. Nice a clean, easy to check in/out. "We spent a long weekend in Seaside and this house was perfect! 3 blocks from the beach and a few more from the downtown corridor where all the restaurants and shopping is located. "It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip."

"We loved our stay here! The hot tub was great, and the house is only a few steps to the beach. The ocean view from the house is amazing. Walkable to a number of restaurants. "Since the unit is a well-equipped 2Be/2Ba condo, we had no reason to leave the entire time. The timer-controlled gas fireplace is a wonderful comfort. Unfortunately even with two pools and two hot tub spas, we were deterred from going in them even once because there were SO MANY KIDS ALL THE TIME.
