Perfect for Our Group
Our group of friends has been gathering in September for 45 years, first backpacking, now mostly in rentals. Everyone thought this home was lovely - thoroughly cleaned, well maintained, thoughtfully arranged, extremely comfortable, and welcoming. We loved the firepit arrangement in front (echoing many campfires on the trail) and deck/hot tub in back (which we looked forward to, and ended up not getting to). The arrangement of kitchen, seating area, and deck was efficient and accommodating. A variety of spaces and settings for our group to gather as well as spread out. Should we need a place in Seaside again, this is where we'd go. We felt as if we were friends of the host.

Charming Beach home
We choose this house for our annual family vacation this year. 8 of us stayed here very comfortably, location was great. Just a few blocks to the prom and a little farther to be on the beach. The weather was beautiful. The house could use some updates, like a new Stove, but is a great house with firepit and hot tub. Family loved it! stove.

The house was great, everything is provided, easy, super clean, and the property owners are always so accommodating. Would definitely recommend renting any house from them! We have never had any issues ever. Always a smooth fun time!

A+ Family Gathering Place
The house and property was even better in person, and everything was just as described in the listing. Our group included three family units of 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog, and everyone said they were comfortable and had plenty of space of their own. I loved the quietness of the neighborhood and that the property has privacy from neighboring homes. The house is a very close walking distance from the beaches and the Prom without being on top of the busiest part of of Seaside. I highly recommend this house for a family stay in Seaside!

Great getaway at the beach
This is a lovely, well maintained and clean property. We had a great beach reunion with family and this house worked great for us. The combination of nice indoor space, a large back deck and the front yard/fire pit area all got well used. We even had a ton of fun with the ping pong table in the garage. All around excellent property and hosts. I have family members already planning to come back and rent this again.

Juneteenth at the beach
We had a wonderful time celebrating in Seaside! The house has everything that you need, and the beach is only a short walk away. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our party to relax and enjoy our time together.

Seaside getaway
This beach house is just charming! It’s a short walk to the beach and easy to walk into town. Also has a market and a couple restaurants 2-3 blocks away. The house was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was great and the fenced back yard was perfect with our 2 dogs. It’s nicely treed and feels very private. We had smores’ at the fire pit in the front yard that amazingly, that is pretty private too. We had a great stay!

Lovely charming seaside home
Great location. Very clean and tidy. Host was very good at communicating with us. The ping pong table was a hit as well as the hot tub! The kids loved playing foosball and playing in the yard. We loved eating dinners at the big dining table. Thank you , we can’t wait to come back.

Easter at the Beach
Upon first arriving we noticed how clean and welcoming the property was. I liked the quick check-in phone walk-through to make sure we knew everything we needed to know from the get-go. The location was a quick couple blocks from the Prom. The amenities offered for a large family with 8 kids and adults of various ages was amazing. We loved the bikes, fire pit, ping-pong table, and foos-ball table. The front yard was the perfect place for an Easter egg hunt!

We stayed at this property for my husband’s 30th birthday. We loved all the amenities at the property and the proximity to the beach. The property was also very clean which was greatly appreciated. We ended up having a few questions through the stay and the host was very responsive.

Oregon Coast Winter
We had a great stay at Beachy Pines house. Teenagers enjoyed the foosball, ping pong and hot tub. The fire pit was great for hot dog roast and smores. We hope to visit again during warmer weather to play cornhole and bike the promenade.

Our Cozy Comfortable Stay in Seaside, Oregon Our recent stay was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warm embrace of this cozy retreat that blended spacious comfort with coastal charm. The first thing that struck us upon entering the property was its undeniable coziness. The interior was welcoming, clean, and has comfortable furnishings with tasteful decor inviting us to unwind and relax. Whether we were lounging in the living area with the fireplace or snuggled up the bedroom, every corner of the space felt relaxing and quiet. One of the highlights of our stay was the fully-equipped kitchen, which surpassed our expectations in every way. From a complete array of appliances, including a coffee grinder (we always bring our own but didn't need it this stay) to a comprehensive set of utensils and cookware, preparing meals together was easy. In addition to its practical amenities, the property also boasts an impressive selection of fun and games, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during our stay. From board games to outdoor activities including ping-pong, crab pots, or relaxing in the hot-tub, there was always something for us to enjoy. Whether traveling as a family or a couple seeking a romantic getaway, we would highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious, yet cozy coastal home
This is a great home for family gatherings as there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of activities to choose from. Beach access. River for kayaking. Fishing and crabbing. Hiking trail nearby. Dog friendly. Very clean. Beautifully furnished and decorated. You can walk right into town.

Wonderful hosts, great property and location!
The 8 of us (3 generations aged 7 - adult) had a wonderful time at this property. Location was great, kitchen was clean and well equipped, set up of house worked perfectly for us, and beds were very comfortable. Hot tub in the rain was great fun for the kids too! Although the property owner was very easy to communicate with, we did run into a couple of unfortunate and impactful situations. Firstly, the hot water was not on when we arrived so only about 4 of us were able to take a hot shower that first night. Additionally, the smaller downstairs shower was completely clogged, causing nasty water to back up in the drain. Though it was all fixed the next day, we had to wait for the plumber which put a damper on our plans. All in all, this is a great place to stay with multiple families and dogs, but because it is an older property, you should prepare for some inconveniences. However, the hosts are so great and they will do their absolute best to reduce the impact it has in your trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
