Poor area
The shower in the master bathroom was filthy and it looked liked it had never been cleaned. There was no towels to use had to go out and by towels. Could not tell if the toilet downstairs was clean because it was black. The kitchen faucet had Extreme hot water hotter then it ever should have been almost burn myself.

Home Needs TLC and Neighbors Noise Issues Resolved
Next door neighborhood screams and beats on walls of their house all hours of the night. Home owner needs to remove all the childrens wall stickers in the house. Needs some TLC. House downstairs toilet flooded the entire 1st floor a couple days after move in.

Seattle visit
This property was exactly as pictured. The downfall was that there is no AC. I know the area is typically cool but we were lucky enough to be there on a warm weekend.Thankfully it cooled off with the windows open at night. There is not much seating. Living room has one love seat and one chair and game room has the same. The plus side is that there are two fridges and plenty of snacks in case you forget to bring yours. The towels and linens were great. Overall a great place if you are just sleeping and taking showers there. Easy access to Lumen Field and T Mobile Stadium since that is what we were there for.

Great Rental in Kent
Came to Kent for my brother spring funeral in the Tohoma National Cemetery. My adult siblings shared the house with me… four couples and a 7 year old. Plenty of space. Grill in the backyard. Fully equipped kitchen and amazing snack cubbard. 20 minutes to Seatec, 15 minutes to train, five minutes to Kent station which was filled with restaurants. Host messaged back whenever we had questions.

Our stay was not for a getaway, it was a comfortable place to stay while we look for a house to rent
The property is very clean with lots of room. Basic supplies are plentiful. And bonus supplies of a pantry full of snacks was very much appreciated. We extended our stay by 6 more nights. Thanks to the host for his generosity.
