The house was super clean and in a great location. We barely had to drive anywhere. Communication with Alexa was really easy and she answered all my questions beforehand. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the property!! Alexa was an amazing host. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for the week to include comfy beds while my son was attending camp in the nearby park. Can’t wait to visit again. The patio is a private oasis and the neighborhood was safe and walkable.

Great place and neighborhood

This was a great place. We had three in our group and this worked out very well for us. The neighborhood was far enough from downtown that made it easy to navigate. Alexa let a helpful binder with lots of information and tips. We took a bus that had a stop close by and rode that into downtown. Plus enjoyed dinner close by thanks to the recommendations from the binder.

Absolutely The Best Host

Alexa was amazing with communication, and went out of her way to stay in contact, and helpful storing bags. She was willing to communicate with my family since I wasn’t on the trip. She recommended good eats, and her place is perfect! I will be back for sure! Thank you!

We were very pleased with this house! Alexa provided many quality amenities, all of very good quality, and some personal extra touches that were special such as a hand-written welcome card and fresh-baked cookies! The neighborhood was very quiet with many fun restaurants and bars within walking distance. If we are ever in Seattle again, we would choose to stay here.

This is such an amazing place to stay! Incredibly clean, organized with so so many amenities. Alexa has thought of everything for this property and made us feel at home. She is a gracious host and communicated with me thoroughly. My family has two adults and two young children and we still had plenty of room. Great location, close to the zoo and just a short drive to the waterfront. The streets are very narrow with steep parking but that’s just typical Seattle! We tried some of the neighborhood recommendations and loved the Uneeda Burger and bakeries! We will definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit!

Cleanest VRBO Ever

This was truly the most spotless rental we have seen (and we have stayed at a number of properties). I stayed with my 8 year old son. It had everything we could have possibly needed, including a very helpful binder with specific info regarding the home, and another with recommendations of things to do in the area. There were lovely details, like coffee, tea, sparkling water, cookies, soap, dish detergent, etc. All household essentials easily found. The place was beautifully updated, and thankfully no wall to wall carpeting or heavy drapery (which is great for people with allergies). This is one of the most accurately listed places I have seen. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay again.

The house was so well organized, it met my needs as a cook. I rented the house in hopes I could provide my family with an enjoyable gateway and with a home cooked flare. I was able to cook faimily dinners, save money and spend quality time with love ones.

Pacific Northwest Road Trip

Wonderful!

Alexa was a wonderful host. My wife and infant joined me on my Seattle trip and the house was perfect for us. Alexa provided us with a pack and play for our baby and the house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is also wonderful. We walked to some breakfast spots and wandered into the green space around the zoo. Overall, such a great experience. Thank you Alexa! The cookies were great too :)

Charming Phinney Ridge Bungalow!

Comfortable home away from home

We really enjoyed staying here while in Seattle. The house was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the nice Phinney Ridge neighborhood and looking at all the craftsman style and brick houses. We also enjoyed walking around Green Lake park, which is only about a block away. Plenty of on street parking. And, best of all, the host was super helpful with any questions we had and she makes the best chocolate chip cookies. I would love to stay here again when I’m back in Seattle.
