The location was amazing. It was close to everything. The property was as described and the host was easily accessible. If I ever find myself in this area again, I will attempt to stay at this location again.

Great place in a hidden gem neighborhood
As pictured, the Murphy bed was comfortable. AC was functional and did a good job on some pretty warm days. I was working most days, so didn’t have much opportunity to enjoy the yard. Nothing bad to say!

This place was perfect me and my 17 yr old daughter to stay overnight when we went to a concert nearby. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We had a lovely stay.

Cozy and comfortable
Neighborhood feels safe. Gorgeous view of the water. Space is clean and well stocked. Parking spot is on a bit of a hill but easy enough to get in and out. Cute place!

Mildew smell
It was terrible. Stayed in room from midnight to 7am in a threenight booking.The musty smell and uncomfortable bed made stay unbearable. We left and didn't come back to property. No refund given.

A perfect day with a incredible view.
Me and the girlfriend wanted a quite night away from the roommates and this little spot was the absolute best thing to use. Take out dinner while we took in the view of the sound.

Wonderful hospital
Saundra was an absolutely amazing host who was wonderful about communicating and gave us lots of information on where to eat and things to do. We felt so at home at this lovely property and would definitely stay again next time we're in Des Moines. One thing to note, the bed is very comfortable!

Saundra's place is roomy and clean, with beautiful water views and quick access to the waterfront (10 minute walk to Anthony's, 15 minutes to Quarterdeck). Everything looks very new.

Short Notice Trip
We were very happy with this property. It was new and very clean. The neighborhood was great and we walked to get breakfast each morning. The process to check in and out was easy and no hassle. I did think the mattress on the bed could be upgraded. Overall, our stay was great and this was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Perfect get away spot.
This rental is perfect for a getaway to the Seattle area. Great price, nice quiet location, close to the airport for convenience. This is a pristine studio. Coffee bar and snacks were so welcoming after a long day of driving. The bed is very comfortable. Finally the view is beautiful. We will be back.
