Cozy & comfortable
Nina greeted us as we pulled up and showed us to our suite. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Great outdoor space with a firepit, water feature and hot tub (which was very clean and so nice after hiking in the rain). The inside was clean and had everything we needed and more. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, chocolates, water in the fridge and Alexa to play the music of our choice. We would definitely stay here again! I’m attaching a picture of the delicious breakfast Nina provided.

Nina was very hospitable. She met us when we arrived and proceeded to show us around, let us in and provided all details of how things operated. Each morning she delivered a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins, specialty yogurt and orange juice. Property offered everything the listing describes and was quite comfortable. Would stay again

Five Stars
Nina is a kind hearted and excellent VRBO host. I found out that her father worked in the hotel business during her childhood, so she is extra skilled at making sure her guests are comfortable and have all their needs met. This VRBO was spotlessly clean, and quiet. There are a lot of attention to small details like: bedtime chocolates, a whole tea box, filled with a selection of teas, special soaps, scented lotion, and even cozy, scented flannel sheets on the bed. Miss Nina delivered a beautiful, continental breakfast every morning for me to enjoy in the private patio. My favorite moments were watching the birds take sips from the patio fountain and hiking to the creek near Nina’s home. In the evenings, the gas fire pit is so relaxing. I enjoyed my visit to three Pine so much and highly recommend it. I wish miss Nina and her husband much success with their VRBO.

Perfect
This was a great place to stay-- comfortable, clean, lovely patio with waterfall, amazing breakfast-- as well as perfect location. Walking distance to town and a nearby trailhead. I stayed with my sister for a long weekend and it was truly perfect. Many thoughtful touches-- Keurig coffee machine, chocolates, bathrobes. Thank you Nina for a delightful stay!

Lovely place to stay!
We had a great time staying here in Sedona! The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The outdoor patio area was lovely. Nina was a great host who was always helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast was great every morning including amazing freshly baked muffins. Absolutely would stay here again!

We were a little disappointed in the Room it was very clean the bathroom was big but Very small Nina was great We were under the impression there was a kitchen but it was just a mini fridge and mini microwave It was very small and no place to just sit back and relax after a long day

Fabulous
The location was great, close to town! Nina was a fabulous host, there if you needed anything but also quiet and relaxing! She brought a breakfast that hit the spot that I enjoyed on the private patio!! I broke my toes the night before I came and she was super helpful getting me ice and helping me feel better. The room is cute and comfortable! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely recommend over a hotel!

Lovely place with wonderful touches
This place was just wonderful. From the comfortable bed with nice flannel bedding and nice pillows to the unique artwork to the private fire pit with blankets, it was just wonderful! All the little touches made it seem like a high end boutique hotel or B&B. Robes, bath products, in-room coffee, extra charging cords, chilled glasses in the fridge, real dishware, nice towels…and a breakfast that was so good…warm muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice…delivered to your room. We had a private entrance with parking. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but is so close to restaurants and hiking. Nina is an excellent VRBO host. She was available when we needed something and was very responsive. I highly recommend 3 Pines!

Very Nice Visit
We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the efforts of our host Nina to provide anything and everything we needed - from very nice continental breakfast each morning to tips on restaurants and hikes. The room is small, but perfectly fine; bathroom is good sized. Good location for quick access to all parts of Sedona.

Comfort of home away from home
Nina’s place was AMAZING! Her space had everything to make our stay perfect. The bed was so comfy! The decor was so colorful and fun! She provided a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge too. The towels were super fluffy!! A relaxing porch complete with fire pit and water fountain. The best part was BREAKFAST! Fresh fruit and homemade muffins!! We were in heaven!!! Nina is definitely the hostess queen!!! She made our trip to Sedona unforgettable!!!

Cozy Home Base
Nina’s space was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful home base to come back to after exploring all that Sedona has to offer this is it! The space has all the essentials and more. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. The continental breakfast she provided was SO appreciated and was the perfect way to start the day. I hope to stay again in the future!

This the best VRBO property that I have stayed at. Nina is an excellent host and thinks of all the little details that make you feel welcome and cared for. Continental breakfasts were delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It is very clean, private, very quiet, and peaceful. It is centrally located and near to most activities. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Home and Stay
Do not hesitate to book 3 Pines! The room/bath are nicely appointed with everything you need plus more..AppleTV, lots of outlets, mini-frig, robes, and the most wonderful towels I’ve ever used (really!). Nina was a great hostess and obviously cares for this property (beautiful bath, courtyard with fireplace and blankets, etc) and wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented with the chocolates and water in the room an extra special touch. I went out for a morning walk and Barry (Nina’s husband) happened to be outside and provided suggestions of a beautiful area. Nina is not intrusive and honestly delivered food and a nice word on arrival and leaving but otherwise we never saw her (in case you are concerned about privacy…you will have it if wanted). It’s the small touches that show Nina cares about your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exceeds Expectations
Nina is an outstanding host. She left us to our privacy, but was there with a smile whenever we needed her. The morning breakfast was greatly appreciated, and she allowed us to choose the time for it to be delivered - even better than a B&B! The room we rented was attached to the main house, but completely private with its own outside access. Next to our entry door we enjoyed a private patio with water fall, outdoor tables and chairs including dining, and a large gas fire pit which we enjoyed on the chilly evenings. Everything in the room was also first class. Nina provides name brand coffee and tea for the Kuerig machine, and name brand, top quality toiletries as well. Finally, it was centrally located to everything in Sedona, but off the main drag which avoids all the traffic and noise. We highly recommend Nina’s property if you’re staying in Sedona!

3 Pines is Perfection
3 Pines was the perfect place. Its location was 5 minutes from my retreat and 8 minutes away from the grocery store and restaurants. The bed was comfy and the towels soft and absorbent. Breakfast was amazing. Every morning I enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt, and warm muffins. Nina is an exemplary host. Highly recommend this property.

Outstanding experience
Our away was excellent. The property was perfect. A quiet, shaded outdoor area for reading, eating and just relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Pillows were very comfortable. Nina provided the comfort essentials including tea and coffee. The morning breakfast was excellent. Hot muffins, a different kind eqxh morning, along with fruit and yogurt was a great way to start the day. We asked for breakfast at a different time each morning based on our plans and she was always right there at the time we requested. The small fridge mad either possible for us to keep drinks cold and even buy cold dinner items for the evenings we didn't want to go out. We walked to canyon creek, brewer trailhead and to the shopping area nearby. The lack of sidewalks was no issue because the area was quiet and residential. Would love to stay again on our next visit to Sedona.

The room was small and was connected to main house. The breakfast was a nice touch. Nina was was nice too. Just wasn’t what I thought it was going to be. Sedona is a pretty boring place to go. No night life. The town is beautiful but way overpriced. Much rather go to Prescott.

3 Pines is Perfection!
I knew we booked the perfect property the minute Nina greeted us and we stepped into the tranquil courtyard of 3 Pines. Nina was the most gracious, welcoming host we could ask for and do not miss her incredible breakfasts - we loved starting our mornings sitting by the fountain and planning our activities for the day after a wonderful night's rest. Sedona is STUNNING - we enjoyed doing some light hiking (check out the creek down the road), exploring the town and shopping the galleries, excellent dining with spectacular views, and a Pink Jeep tour when we didn't want to drive. Also highly recommend a day trip (via tour van, 12 hours round trip) to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. Nina provides everything you need with style - super comfortable room/bed, a/c, reliable wi-fi, coffee/fridge/microwave, nicely appointed bath and shaded parking. Just the couples get-away we needed after two+ years of not traveling. Very reasonable rate for a great location in a quiet, convenient neighborhood with everything you need to relax and enjoy Sedona. Thanks, Nina - we've already recommended 3 Pines to friends!
