Gorgeous Sedona Villa
Wonderful property with unbelievable views! Chetan Kane has supplied the Villa with so many extras! She has gone all out on supplies, dishes, pots and pans and top of the line soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion! If we could give her a 20 instead of 5 we would! We hated to leave!!

Two Days in Sedona
The property is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. The view from all rooms is quite spectacular. The unit is private, fully furnished and provides every possible necessity. Owner is on site and accessible. We enjoyed a very pleasing introduction to Sedona.

The views out the windows will amaze you. The owner has put so much thought into equipping this property with everything you might need for a stay in Sedona. Everything is labeled with hints and instructions for its use. Staying here is effortless. No wasting time to discover how to use something.Very clean and comfortable in every way. Highly recommend!

Just a great place
We arrived and found the place exactly as described. It is a LARGE one bedroom facility with a huge bedroom, walk-in closet, living room, dining room and kitchen. The view is greater than it looks in the photos. Actually everything is as good or better than the photos. And the owner, Chetan, tries the make the visit the best it can be. It was incredibly stocked with our needs, including a lot of linens. The pantry has all the basics and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and supplies. Chetan had expressed a willingness to accept a walker that was shipped a little early so that my wife would have it as soon as we arrived. If you are visiting Sedona, I can't imagine a better place.

Beautiful property and a great location. The views from the main room and the bedroom were amazing. Has everything you need and more. Host was very friendly and helpful. They even provide a pass for parking at trailheads. Sedona is amazing as well. Several restaurants and grocery store is very close by.

Perfect Sedona Stay
Stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The view is even better than advertised. And, not sure if the owner (Chetan) was going for it, but we loved the 90's vibe -- nostalgia washed over us, making the stay even cozier, and more relaxing. The Welcome Book/House Manual was top notch - Chetan clearly went all out with tremendous thought and detail when making it to ensure the perfect Sedona experience. Highly recommend staying here. You won't want to leave!

Absolutely wonderful location and view
We spent 4 days here and enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous view. The photos of this VRBO did not do it justice. Upon walking through the front door, you can’t help but gasp at the beauty of the view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. On the table is a big book full of information about Sedona, and instructions on how to use her home. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, pots, a bbq, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker, teas, lots of spices , full size refrigerator with an awesome ice maker. She has drinking water and reusable bottles to take on your hike! And if you return from the trail all filthy, she has a washer and dryer to use too! There’s a bathroom with a huge tub, plenty of towels and lots of hot water. To those who can’t disconnect: Fast WiFi and a TV with free Netflix, Amazon, YouTube Live TV. If you’re a light sleeper bring a white noise machine or use your phone. It’s very quiet and since there’s absolutely no street noise, you can faintly hear the tv downstairs. The location is close to a Whole Foods, a Safeway and a Bashams or find a restaurant within a 10-20 minute WALK or a quick drive away.

Great views and a lovely house. We didn’t expect to see the owner so much ( first night, second day and again to fix something 3/4 days) but she communicated well about it. Can’t beat the location and views! We absolutely loved all the hummingbirds!

The Perfect Place for a quiet getaway
The Villa is beautiful...everything was wonderful. Beautiful furnishings, amazing views and quiet surroundings. If we had a wish for any changes...the couches were a little uncomfortable for my husband, who has replacement knees. It would be better if one couch was a reclining love seat. We manage it with soft bedding that was provided...Chetan is an excellent hostess. We look forward to visiting again.

Vacation Get-Away
Everything about our stay was lovely. The property is located near many fine restaurants, trails, grocery stores and coffee shops. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and is one of the reasons we spent so much time enjoying sitting outside. This property is extremely clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with amenities right down to the peanuts for the blue jays! We would definitely book this property again.

The red rock views are exceptional! The bed is very comfortable and the home is clean & well-stocked with everything you could need. Do bring your own food and condiments. And the tub is perfect for two! We will definitely be back!
