"6 stars to the staff. We had a rental car issue at night on arrival and the staff helped us sort out a mechanic and everything. Very friendly and helpful! We loved the location and the room too. It was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a base in Dolomites. "
"Fantastic hotel with a great location! Will for sure come back next time we are in Dolomites. The rooms have great view over the valley and the mountains. Breakfast was great with everything you might want. And their pool/sauna area is perfect for late afternoon relaxing after spending the day hiking. I also had to take some work calls while there and their WiFi is outstanding. There is also strong 4G signal in the area. "

"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."

Lo mejor de todo es que necesité una herramienta para apretar un tornillo aflojado de la moto y la persona de mantenimiento se preocupó de darme la mejor, que quedase bien y me dió un par de consejos de la zona. Nos tocó que hubiera construcciones al rededor porque serán las olimpiadas en febrero 2026 pero aún así la estancia fue muy buena y se pueden apreciar las vistas hacia la montaña, además de que tiene una buena ubicación para salir a caminar.
A considerar: ni tienen elevador y también hay que subir escaleras para llegar al hotel"
