The three of us had a pleasant 10-day stay here in late May-early June. Sunny is a responsive and accommodating host. Check in and out process was simple. Airport transportation was arranged for us. House was clean and had plenty of the essentials—towels, hand soap, toilet paper, silverware, cups and dishes. No coffee maker though. There’s an electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. Plenty of coffee shops in the area although most do not open until 11 AM.Entrance to the house takes you to the bottom floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and washer and dryer. Stairs that lead upstairs are very narrow and steep so something to keep in mind when traveling with elders and small children. The one thing this place lacks is a living area with a sofa where you can gather and relax comfortably. I would say it comfortably sleeps 5, maybe 7, if you use the sleeping loft upstairs, more suitable for older kids/young adults. Great water pressure in the showers with plenty of hot water. Showers are spacious and could use a shelf to place personal hygiene items on. A/C units in both bedrooms and kitchen kept the house cool. Beds were comfortable. The best thing about this place is the location. You’re close to everything—Namdaemun Market, the Palace, Seoul Station, Nam San Tower, etc. All within a 10-20 minute walk or a cheap taxi ride. Seoul consists of lots of hills and stairs so come prepared to walk a lot in your most comfortable shoes and have an amazing experience!
