Perfect Family Get Away Experience
This property met all our expectations in multiple ways.Our group consisted of my two adult children and their respective spouses, in addition to my wife and I. Having three bedrooms and associated bathrooms provided the desired privacy, yet the the rest of the unit allowed for family bonding which enhanced the togetherness. The dining room and TV room had unrestricted views to the beach. Access to the beach was a matter of opening the slider and stepping outside. Location of the unit being furthest away from the road meant quiet times during both day and night, yet enabled easy walks on Seven Mile Beach for shopping and exercise. We were very satisfied with this property and wished we had stayed longer.

My happy place!
Our family loves this place as this was our second trip here. The place has beautiful views, a private beach and everything you’d need on the beach or pool visit in a closet. There are several restaurants you can walk to and it’s an easy drive from the airport. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Family get away
Great location to restaurants, groceries and shops. Not much of a beach (we miss 7 mile Beach). Snorkeling was good and close to a ship wreck.

Snorkeling Paradise!
What an amazing property! The beach access right off the property fed into deeper waters where we snorkeled every day! The variety of fish was unbelievable and the water was so clear- it was like snorkeling in an aquarium. There is also a shipwreck close to the shore. We didn't even bother with public beaches. Snorkeling equipment was provided. We ate 2 meals per day at the condo. Well stocked kitchen for pots, pans, utensils and spices. Grocery store in walking distance. Variety of restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend renting a car if you are staying several days. Cabs can get pricey and the buses are not on a consistent schedule. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

Snorkeling Right Out the Condo
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We snorkeled right in front of the condo. We did snorkel around the shipwreck, but at the time we stayed the snorkeling was better close to the condo. We spent a lot of time watching the cruise ships which was fun. The swimming pool was very nice. Lots of good restaurants to walk to. Great location!

Even though we arrived during an uncommon North Westerly, we were able to enjoy our stay. The condo looks out at the ocean and is steps away from the beach. The owners sent us weather updates and were fantastic. The weather cleared and we enjoyed the rest of our week on the the beach.

Good location
This is a spacious, comfortable and well-appointed property. It was clean. We appreciated having beach towels, goggles, snorkels, fins and floatation devices. We would stay there again. The owner was very nice and responsive. The property manager was available as needed.

Great Views Great Stays
We loved waking up each morning to the s beautiful views from this condominium. We could walk right out to the beach and snorkel the area which had lots to see. Bill and Susan were great to work with and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We had plenty of dishes and kitchenware. There were cards and games for us to play at night. We loved relaxing on the patio and soaking in the beautiful beaches right in front of us. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Grear vacation
Nice amenities and convenient to grocery store. Easy access to interesting places. Nice pool and ladder to the ocean was helpful. Crabs, curly tailed lizards, snails, and egrets were fun to watch.

Perfect Vacation
What a wonderful property we would start each day with some of the best snorkeling just steps from the condo. Tired of the ocean, hit up the pool. Never got a car great location walked to some great restaurants easy cab to the airport and diving. Home is well appointed, well stocked kitchen plenty of towels etc. looking forward to making this an annual retreat

Fabulous vacation in paradise!
I can’t say enough positive things about this condo and our experience! It’s an end unit, ground floor, right on the beach. We loved having coffee looking out in the water each morning. Just beautiful. 3 master bedrooms with 3 baths too!

Great location. Right on beach with good snorkeling (Gamma shipwreck close by). Walking distance to cruise port and Camana Bay. Many good restaurants near by. Good communication with management. Cons were broken clothes washer, replaced mid week. Construction at condos, loud with scaffolding on patio. I would stay there again. Cons were resolved or not under management control. I recommend.

Great Christmas Getaway
We arrived Christmas Eve and had a wonderful time. We were close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach especially with 2 little boys that love to dig! We love the Caymans and would stay here again.

Cayman Dive Retreat
Great location, with a beach and swim area, kitchen stocked for cooking in, nice beds, nice extras (like beach umbrellas, porch, side sitting area, 2nd beach area), walking distance to grocery, beer/wine, dive store, pubs. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall a great place for our visit where we could dive, relax, and enjoy the island.

This place was everything it promised to be and more!! The pictures don't even do it justice. The view is spectacular!!! The house was very well stocked with anything we needed. The owners attention to detail with all of the odds and ends that made our stay more comfortable was greatly appreciated. I would reccomend this place to anyone!!!!

Ideal Location on the Beach
We traveled with three couples and Grape Tree #7 ticked all the boxes to make our vacation ideal. We loved the quiet beach experience away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists! We had front row seats to amazing views of the ocean. Mornings were spent worshiping on the quiet beach and evenings provided picturesque sunset views. We brought beach shoes which were perfect since the sand was more shell and rock filled as shared by the owner. We were not able to access SMB via the oceanfront, but a short walk on the road to the Marriott gave us an opportunity to walk down the beautiful soft sand beach. The condo was exactly as described. A beach theme throughout and cleanliness upon arrival was ideal. Loved having our own bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Many extras provided for guests to use. A suggestion for HOA fees might be to possibly purchase permanent, sturdy umbrellas for the lounge chairs on the beach. Attempted to use umbrella from condo but did not work for us. The sun was very strong and shade was hard to find in the afternoon hours. The pool area was nice but limited shade during that time of day as well. We spent little time inside other than to sleep/shower! Again ideal! Another box to tick was being able to walk to groceries, restaurants and easy use of the “buses” and prompt taxi service. Literally at the door one minute after calling! Be ready to go! Ha’ We ALL have already discussed a return trip to GrapeTree #7! Words can’t describe this perfect location allowing time to REST, RECHARGE and experience this beautiful island! We loved the feel of Grand Cayman. We always felt safe on this very clean island. Loved the wildlife and the locals were always helpful! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with our family. The beautiful memories we experienced will be cherished FOREVER!
